Uchiha Hokusai|イシダテ|Hokusai Uchiha}} is a missing-nin from Konohagakure and a member of the Uchiha Clan who became a Hunter-nin in Kirigakure and is to begin with a villain later becoming a protagonist in Fallout: Clash of Ninja, after Konoha found a alliance with Kirigakure.
Background
Being the grandchild of Madara Uchiha he like Madara thought that the Senju didnt deserve to rule the village, this however caused him to leave the village similar to his grandfather. Thus finding a new village, he settled down in Kirigakure. Afte becoming a Hunter-nin squad captain he stayed loyal to his new village.
Appearance
Hokusai has long black hair, and he wears a ANBU cloak showing his rank and hiding his identity, under his cloak he wears a blue shirt with a Uchiha crest and black pants. Hes eyes were originally black but after his Sharingan activated he always have his dojutsu activated. In therms of appearance he overall looks a lot like Madara.
Abilites
Hokusai is a very powerful Shinobi he can use three different nature types and have unlocked the Sharingan along with the Mangekyo Sharingan he stole a clan members eyes shortly before defecting the village to unlock the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. He can also use his advanced nature kekkei genkai the Crystal Release to crystalize everything except raw chakra.
Crystal Release
The Crystal Release (晶遁, Shōton; English TV "Crystal Style") is a rare and specialised field of elemental ninjutsu that can create crystal as well as manipulate already-existing crystals and crystalline structures. The Crystal Release is a combination of Earth and Wind style chakra.
Nature Transformation
Hokusai is able to use Fire style techniques similar to his clan and also he posses Earth and Wind based chakra, combining these to he can use Crystal Release.
Ishidate Senju
After becoming a Hunter-nin he was introduced to Ishidate Senju, which as first because of him being a Senju he hated him. After some time though they started having good connection and their teamwork superb. So far we havent seen any signs of friendship tough their future looks bright.
