The ISS or International Shinobi Squaq is a organization formed by the best ninjas in the world created 12 years after 4th Ninja War. This kind of special Squaq have the goal to maintain peace and balance in the world, the organization is divided by teams of 6 elements, one from each village.
The selection process is through an exam 4 in 4 years, this exam will test the ninjas in all the ways, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu and Knowledge and only the best of each village are selected.
The job of this members is hunt missing ninjas and keep the peace in the world, they also do all S-Rank missions.
