This Ice Release Technique is one of Samui favorite techniques and has become one of his signature jutsu's. This Ice Release ninjutsu has more than one way of being used. When Samui first created this jutsu it was mainly use to exhale his icy breath at a object or a liquid and freeze them within a few seconds at a short range. Samui improved it to where he could blow out a stream of his icy breath that can at a farther distance and freeze more rapidly than regularly. A frozen target can break the ice by using a large amount of chakra or by using a Gentle Fist.
