The Irumigan (輪眼, Literally meaning: The Eye of Providence, Meaning (Viz): God's All Knowing Eye) is the unique dōjutsu kekkei genkai of Ishio Hyūga, bestowed upon him through combining the two clans pride dōjutsu's into his body. It is regarded as one, if not the strongest dojutsu known to the shinobi world, judging that it has the abilities of both of its parent eyes, the Byakugan and the Sharingan, along with some unique abilities of its own that have yet to be discovered.
