Isamu Youta(勇陽太,Youta Isamu) is the current and Second Yōkōkage.

Background

Isamu grew up in a small village with his brother. the two lived in peace until the Neo Akatsuki War when there village and there parents were killed. Isamu followed his brother and his clan to live in the Land of Sunshine, were they built Yōkōgakure. After his brother died he became the Second Yōkōkage. A few years after he got married and had a daughter named Nanami.
