Jin Ōtama (大玉仁 Ōtama Jin) is a Jōnin shinobi of Sunagakure. He is one of the Five Masters, renowned to be the greatest and most skilled wind specialist to have ever lived due to his accomplished use of Wind Release, which earned him the nickname Jin of the Northern Wind. Due to his extraordinary abilities and accomplishments, he was nominated as a Kazekage Candidate by the Fourth Kazekage himself.

Personality[]
Jin is an easy-going and laid back individual. He is naturally a lazy person and his inclination is to do as little work as possible. During times of peace, and early career as a shinobi, Jin is able to get away with this, spending his days sleeping, watching the clouds, or reading books. He is often seen wearing a dumb expression on his face and spends his days lounging around reading novels whilst imparting wise and sage-like advice to his younger generation of mages, even though he doesn't actually know what he's talking about most of the time.
Appearance[]
Jin seems to be a short individual, being only slightly taller than his younger sister. He has hazel eyes. He has untrimmed facial hair and black spiky hair. Oliver wears a turban-like cap on his head most of the time, with some hair locks protruding out from it. He also wears plain, baggy white pants and a long-sleeve shirt. On top of that, he has a slip-on-head cloth that looks like a tank top and stretches down to the waist, and hangs off the waist all the way down to the knees without covering the sides of his legs; he fastens that cloth with a black, belt-like band around his waist. Oliver dons a normal, dark blue/grey scarf wrapped around his neck and long, skinny black crew boots.

As a Jonin of Sunagakure, Jin is generally a highly experienced and exceptionally skilled shinobi who serve as a military captain, whose abilities are considered superhuman, able to be sent on the most difficult missions and as an elite jonin, is even able to be sent on, S-rank missions as well (which are considered to be the greatest difficulty).
