The Jinchuriki Form: Level Two is a form in which the Jinchuriki's body becomes warped by their Tailed Beast. While the jinchuriki that can control their Beast can stop this from happening, this form is much stronger than normal cloaks of any tail number. For example a regular four-tailed cloak would be much weaker than a Level Two four-tailed cloak.
Drawback for Jinchuriki that cannot control their Beast[]
Those that cannot control their beast become Level Two automatically when they reach their fourth tail (except for the One, Two and Three-Tailed Beasts). They cannot control this form and it damages their body.
Overcoming the drawback[]
To overcome the drawback a Jinchuriki must be able to fully control their Tailed Beast. Then it can control it's cloak at any tail and decide whether they want to enter Level Two or not. However, regardless of control, the user's body is still vastly damaged by using this form.
