Kaiser Namikaze (波風カイザー, Namikaze Kaiser) is a shinobi of Konohagakure and the late younger brother of the Fourth Hokage and son of Tsunade, and member of the Senju clan. He then made member of Team Fujito, and later rivals himself with his best friend: Itachi Uchiha. Before the Fourth Great Ninja War, he was appointed as the village's Sixth Hokage (六代目火影, Rokudaime Hokage, literally meaning: Sixth Fire Shadow).

Background[]
Kaiser was born as the youngest and half-brother of Minato Namikaze and being the biological son of Tsunade. When he was young, he was taught about the reality of living in the Shinobi World, led to him wanting to become a Shinobi in his future, Kaiser was approached by Diable and Itachi, who were members of the Uzumaki and Uchiha Clan, offered to train together. Forming a brother-like bond with each other as they continue each other their physical strength and tactics. Sometime later, Kaiser met with Asana, who a member of the Uchiha Clan, which led her to meet with Diable, however they weren't getting along.
During the Nine-Tails Demon Fox's Attack, Kaiser met with Itachi and Izumi and decided to seek shelter due to having Sasuke in his hands. After the Nine-Tails Demon Fox's Attack, The Third Hokage revealed to Kaiser that Minato died while protecting Naruto. Which led to him mourning for the loss of his brother and Kushina. Kaiser vowed that he'll train harder into becoming a Shinobi for Konoha.
At the age of 6, Kaiser enrolled into the Academy along with Itachi, Asana, which led to him getting the second-highest scores in all subjects besides other than Itachi, who's above him. After four months, teacher decided to give them the options to take the graduation exams early, however Kaiser and Asana agreed on taking it three from now. Sometime later, he met Kenji Hyuga, who was looking for a sparring partner for Taijutsu, Kaiser accepted the offer and had a little spar with him as he wanted to know his skills in Taijutsu.
After taking the graduation exams, Kaiser joins Team Fujito, along with Asana and Kenji with Fujito as their Jonin Instructor. Kaiser began enhancing his skills to chūnin level, especially Ninjutsu, gaining attention from Konoha's leaders. Nearly a year has passed, Kaiser already mastered Ninjutsu, which led to him creating his own Jutsu's at the age. Years passed and after Six C-Ranks missions, Fujito recommended them to the Chūnin Exams, which was hosted in Kumokagure, Kaiser was announced as winner of the Chūnin Exams, which led to people and villages to gain his attention, and his Team acquire the rank of Chūnin.
Two days after returning back from Kumo to Konoha, Kaiser approaches villagers that were cornering an ally-way, which he saw them beating up Naruto Uzumaki. Kaiser had to act quickly and beat up the villagers and grabbed Naruto out of there and heal up his wounds before taking him to the Hokage. Sometime later, Kaiser made Naruto his apprentice and educated him about being a ninja. Kaiser then went up to Itachi, and requested to instruct Naruto while he's on missions, which he agreed on.
During a mission, Kaiser was approached by two Iwa-Shinobi, which instantly attack them, but managed to defeat them and alerted his team about them being ambushed. Team Fujito then encountered Rogue Ninja's who were using shinobi as slaves to them, which led to Team Fujito to fight them off, and letting the shinobis go back to their respected village. Kaiser then hears about the Uchiha Clan being murdered by Itachi and a masked man, Kaiser then warns Asana to flee and come back in the morning, and he confronts Itachi and later faced off each other. Kaiser ended up letting Itachi go, as he knew he couldn't stop him. Sometime later, Kaiser approaches Asana and give her some advice and not seek for vengeance, which could lead her into betraying the Leaf.
Sometime later, Fujito recommended his team for the Jōnin Exams, which was approved by the Third Hokage. However, the exams were thwarted as Kirigakure started attacking Konoha, which let Konoha and Kiri have a battle against one village and another. Soon enough, the Jōnin Exams was postponed until a month. After a month, Jōnin exams were announced, and later Team Fujito was promoted to Jōnin .
Personality[]
Kaiser was a calm and insightful for his age, around others he's shown to be having a stoic face around the village, not similar like the Fourth Hokage. Kaiser is considered to the strategic and knowledgeable since he was young. However similar to the Fourth, he's very humble and shrewd. According to Asana, she claims that he's audacious, like her. However, he would say something that accurate and straight-forward.
Whenever Kaiser gets irritated or angry, he tends to say something out-of-line but usually refrains himself and fix his mistakes as he's gotten angry at the Third Hokage for not letting be Naruto's guardian and also personally Insults Danzō and the elders for calling Naruto a 'weapon.' which led to an angry discussion and Kaiser stormed out of the meeting.
During missions: Kaiser is strategic and analyzes his surroundings, however like Naruto and Minato, he's like to be carefree and lighthearted. Unlike them, Kaiser names his techniques rarely and commonly, as he named one of his Techniques
Appearance[]
Kaiser was fairly tall-man with a fair-complexion. He has blue eyes, having blond-hair with an upwards ponytail and two long bangs of hair that reaches down his eyes. Years passed, and his bangs grew longer to his shoulders, which led to girls becoming infatuated with him.
His outfit consist of a black-short-sleeved shirt that has the Senju Clan symbol on the back while wearing armguards on each arm. Wearing black-shorts with horizontal white-lines, black-sandals and blue forehead protector. After he won the Chūnin Exams and acquire the rank of Chūnin, he added a flak jacket over his usual clothing.
After he became Jōnin, he changed his outfit, consist of a black-long-sleeved shirt with the Senju Clan Symbol (sometimes wears a short-sleeved shirt), black-pants while keeping his flak jacket and blue forehead protector, keeping the armguards on his arms and wears a dark-red mutated-sash.
After becoming Hokage, he added a white cape with a red-flame pattern around the edges and is held by a black-rope and has the kanji for "Sixth Hokage" (第六代火影)
Abilities[]
While being strategic and the son of Tsunade, Kaiser was known as a powerful shinobi, His skills became aware during the Chūnin Exams. Despite his young age, he became the strongest, and yet smartest one Konoha has had, as he was able to restrain and break Madara's Susanoo during the war. According to Asana, even if with the Mangekyō Sharingan, Kaiser is still able to outclass it, with Kurama comparing Kaiser's prowess to Hashirama Senju's.
Itachi sometimes refers to him as the "Champion of Valley of Clouds & Lightning" (雲と雷の谷のチャンピオン, Kumo to Rai no Tani no Champion) on Valley of Clouds & Lightning after winning the battle with Team Supernova.
Chakra and Physical Prowess[]
As part of a Senju Clan, Kaiser possessed advanced-powerful and naturally strong chakra and physical energy and considered one of the fastest-shinobi. He was capable of preforming techniques a very fast-paced, which couldn't be noticed, even with the Sharingan. According to Naruto, sensors aren't able to detect Kaiser due to his speed and has fast reflexes. His skills in taijutsu are quite capable like Guy's taijutsu skills.
His Chakra is powerful and able to teleport two Tailed-Beast users simultaneously. His Chakra control is advanced enough that he's able to perform techniques with only one hand seal.
Ninjutsu[]
Kaiser was taught many skills and techniques by Jiraiya and Fujito, including summoning Cerberus, learning nature affinity, which led him to be very skilled in Ninjutsu. Enable to develop numerous techniques for strategies. He's also skilled in shurikenjutsu as he tends to use the Shadow Clone Technique along with it.
Nature Transformation[]
Kaiser was able to use four nature transformation such as Lightning, Fire, Water, and Wind along with Yin and Yang Release. His mastery and specialty of the Lightning Release allow him to develop rare techniques of the Lightning Release, which famed him as 'Konoha's Lightning Striker'. However, he developed many Fire Release Techniques, alongside with the Wind Release.
Space–Time Ninjutsu[]
Overtime Kaiser mastery skills in Space-Time Ninjutsu had improved tremendously after the Chūnin Exams, having to use the Flying Thunder God Technique to teleport instantly as part of his reflexes, even with one glance of the attack, still being able to teleport and move away from it. Additionally, he came up with tactics with his team along with using the Flying Thunder God Technique and eventually mentoring Naruto Uzumaki about the technique.
Senjutsu[]
Kaiser's powerful chakra reserves, Kaiser can use senjutsu of Underworld Valley and allowing him to enter Sage Mode, he gains red-markings around and under his toad-pupil eyes like Hashirama. Using Sage Mode, he could perfectly balance the natural energy with his chakra and advanced his strength in his lightning techniques. With the Sage Mode and Lightning Release, he can create a titan-knight humanoid avatar such as the Lightning Guardian Technique, which he can also make variants of that technique. Creating lightning-channels attacks, which could battle against the Susanoo.
Intelligence[]
Kaiser was highly intelligent from a young-age, getting the third-highest scores in the history of the Chunin exams, without cheating. Strong and smart, Kaiser is well-strategic while on missions as he analyzes his target and their techniques, knowing their strength and weaknesses.
Kaiser tends to predict the opponent's plans and motivation based on the minimum evidence, he also tends to predict or track their movement, in order to set up a trap for them.
