This is the first technique that is derived from the Zenshagan's activation, as it allows the user to revisit the past. First the user must find the specific area that they want to see. Once they have gone to this area, the user activates their Zenshagan, which will proceed to separate the user's soul from their body and take them to a flat empty dimension, where the user will drift until they give a specific time they want to go to. How far a user can go depends on the knowledge the possess about what they are looking for. One of the most important weaknesses of this technique is that the user's body stays in the present, therefore it is still vulnerable to attacks. Should the user's physical body be destroyed in the present, the user could be left in limbo. Also, every time the user visits the past, they surrender a piece of the own past, which they forget upon returning to their physical body. While these memories come back in time, should the dojutsu be overused, they could be forgotten permanently.
