A unique and renowned hidden jutsu from the Kakou clan of Kirigakure in the Land of Water (水の国, Mizu no Kuni). The hidden techniques of this jutsu has been a leading force that sustained the Kakou's clan reputation and status within the shinobi world and renowned members of Kirigakure special branch of ANBU, known as the Hunter-nin. The jutsu can be divided into two styles the first of which it acquires it foundation, and the latter to harm.
However both share the same process and requirements in order to occur. These entitle skill chakra control and substantial knowledge in order to recreate and thus makes it difficult for even Sharingan users to learn due to often lacking the knowledge and skill to perform. The processes in which must be meet, involve emitting chakra through water with the wavelength equivalent to microwaves. Which then must then sustain the correct frequency and must be channeled into the correct area. As such in order to carry out one must utilize the jutsu through touch and hence can only be used in close quarters.
Analysis Disruption[]
The first style of the jutsu entitles, Analysis Disruption the foundation of which the jutsu was invented. And involves sending one chakra often straight into a target water release style ninjutsu and disrupting and shattering its form and with it the force behind it. As such it allows the user to divide and neutralize a Water Release technique, making it harmless. The user can even redirect it to the launcher of the Wind technique. As such is useful to Kirigakure special branch of ANBU, known as the Hunter-nin due to the large numbers of Water Released style ninjutsu's utilized by Kirigakure's missing-nin. And can vertically make an enemy ninjutsu completely useless. This is also the only of the two styles that Rai Kakou utilizes due to the second style conflicting with his beliefs.
Bloody Lotus[]
The second style of the jutsu is used to harm and involves utilizing the technique key elements in close combat sending shock waves to disrupt an enemy blood flow. Which in turn affects internal organs and inside. And through this method members of the Kakou clan can literally tear their opponents to shreds from the inside, crush vital organs and tear them limb from limb. As such it considered a sadistic, crude and vulgar style creating a scence which can only be described as a blood bath and bloodshed. As such this style of the jutsu completely goes against Rai's Kakou values and as such he refuses to use the style of the jutsu for any purpose.
