The Kinkaku Force is a group of twenty-five shinobi, loyal to the Cloud. Composed as the most elite shinobi in the Land of Lightning, they serve as a police force, a governing force, and a testament to Kumogakure's might. Many of the Lightning's Ambassadors are escorted by members of this group, and some are even part of the group themselves. The Golden Horn is a powerful force, in the running of Kumogakure.

Goals

The Kinkaku Force lives to serve Kumogakure and the Land of Lightning. Its members do various deeds and are often spread about. Some are personal protectors of the Lightning Daimyō, some are ambassadors for the Land of Lightning and Kumogakure. The most powerful shinobi of Kumogakure are in this force, so they ensure the protection of trading merchants, or the Daimyō or Kage. Some are in Kumogakure alone, managing other things, and their leader Kei manages the village as Head Ninja. The Kinkaku Force is mighty alone, but together, they are even stronger. Coming together in times of war, they are reckoned to be a powerful force.
