Kosui Uzumaki (うずまき降水, Uzumaki Kosui, Literally meaning: Rainfall over the Whirpool) is a powerful shinobi that hails from Konohagakure. A member of its noble Uzumaki Clan, he is one part of a pair of menacing twins, proudly claiming the title of the "mean one" in comparison to his brother. Growing up and showcasing his abilities, he soon made a name for himself as a gifted medic, sealmaster, and poison expert. Eventually becoming a member of the Hokage's elite guard, it was not long before yet another rise to the ranks came: the pinnacle of Hokage. Thus, he proudly leads his village and guides the shinobi under him with a warm, but firm hand.
