The Lightning Body Extension Technique is a basic Nintaijutsu technique that received its name by the fact that many users have noted that the technique feels like an extension of their body. The concept of the technique is very simple, the user performs a fast punch while channeling lightning chakra to a small point on their fist. When the arm is fully extended the user releases the chakra which results in a bolt of lightning shooting out from that fist. It has been noted that users can perform this technique in rapid succession and due to the very little chakra it requires the user can easily perform more then four lightning bolts in a row.
