Lightning Mode (雷モード, Kaminari Mōdo, Viz: Lightning Style Armor) is a nintaijutsu much like the Lightning Release Chakra Mode, except that it is a clan technique of the Shunsoku clan requiring their kekkei genkai. This technique is activated using a long sequence of one-handed hand seals, as demonstrated by Raikō Shunsoku, but Shindō could do it with just five.
