This jutsu takes the lightning used in Lightning Release: Thunder Punch and applies Shape Manipulation to it creating a giant dragon's head. The user then charges at the opponent, the amount of lightning used is so much that during the attack the user's body is completely covered in lightning giving the attack the appearance of a dragon plunging at it's pray. Like it's predecessor it has high destructive power.
