The user concentrates lightning into their fingertip and fire it as a fast and thin laser beam. It is powerful enough to pierce through a skull. To fire the technique, the user shapes their hand to mimic a hand gun. When the technique successfully penetrates a living being, it causes a numbing feeling in their area of the body that's struck. When both hands are combined, this technique's power is doubled. The user can also launch small discharged blasts for quick successive attacks.
