After weaving the necessary hand seals, Hikaru focuses Lightning Release chakra into his hand and releases a stream of lightning that forms into an enormous dragon with large fangs and shining red eyes. The dragon is strong enough to easily destroy buildings and large sections of earth as well as severely injure opponents.
Before mastering the Gale Style: Thunder God Bomb technique, the Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon Technique acted as Hikaru's trump card and was often saved as a last resort due to its enormous destructive power and amount of chakra needed to be performed.
