This technique is a special Lightning Release jutsu utilized by Kohaku Daichi. The technique is a very powerful in nature and requires intense concentration to use. After peforming one handseal, the Ram handseal, Kohaku must concentrate his chakra and manipulate through his body, by doing so Kohaku can release a powerful discharge of lightning and with enough concentration in place, Kohaku can control the discharge of lightning. Lightning Release: Thunderbolt Technique
Release techniques (or advanced charka natures based off the Wind Release) prove to be a pretty good defense as they can peirce through the lightning discharge. Weapons, if use correctly, can also stop the technique as well; the jutsu also proves to be affected by barriers and shields as well (depended on what the barrier or shield is made of.)
