Allows user to create a shiled a lightning around him to negate other attacks or even absorb weaker lightning release abilties, he can use this as a means to recharge his lightling release chakra. When Setsuna emplys this move he can use this as a way to dive intohis oppnents and not worry about hurting himself, he also uses this as his way to charge up his other jutsu lightning attacks as well.
