The Lightning Release Roundhouse Kick is a lightning-infused spinning kick that deals both impact and electrical damage upon contact with its target, which is on occasion fatal. The kick also cannot be blocked, as it will discharge all of its electricity into its target on contact. That being said, however, if its target is proficient enough in taijutsu, it can be evaded.
