The Localised Reincarnation Explosion (近傍転生爆, Kinbō Tensei Baku) is one of the powerful techniques utilised by Toneri Ōtsutsuki.
Usage
It is a single target attack, Toneri focuses his chakra cloak into one hand and creates a green orb that is able to engulf Naruto's Rasengan this orb passes through his body absorbing his chakra leaving him unconscious, the orb reaches moon's surface creating an explosion and causing massive damage to moon which resulted in formation of large meteoroids moving towards earth.
