The Localised Reincarnation Explosion is one of the powerful techniques utilized by Toneri Ōtsutsuki, and later, Keika Uzumaki.
Usage[]
Toneri focuses his chakra cloak into one hand and creates a green orb that passes through the target's body, absorbing their chakra and leaving them unconscious. This attack was able to reach the moon's surface, creating an explosion and causing massive damage to the moon, which resulted in a formation of large meteoroids moving towards Earth. This technique was also able to engulf Wakame's Rasengan.
Due to her exceedingly meticulous chakra control, Keika is able to achieve the same effects as Toneri's version with much less effort; indeed, with continued refinement training, she is able to further localize the chakra blast into a single finger—usually, her index finger although she alternates between either hand—which resulted in a concentrated cannon strong enough to part the seas during her battle with Araumi Funato, whom she fought with her older brother by her side.
