Mashū Uchiha (うちは マシュウ, Uchiha Mashū) is the second grandson of Ryun Uchiha, and the oldest son of Tobichi Uchiha, the Head Ninja of Yamagakure. He is also the jinchūriki host of Kurama - the Nine-Tails. He is a main supporting character in Part II of Enken.
Background[]
Born to the Uchiha Clan in Yamagakure, Mashū is part of the second generation of the Uchiha since it was restored by his grandfather, Ryun Uchiha, following the Fourth Shinobi World War. Compared to his father, Tobichi, Mashū is an average Uchiha in terms of talent and was noted to have been more talented than his older cousin, Raian Uchiha, in his youth.
Mashū graduated the Yamagakure Academy at the age of nine and was promoted to chūnin around the age of sixteen. Shortly after he became a genin, however, he was chosen to become the jinchūriki of Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, due to his relation to the Sixth Yamakage; his aunt, Serana Uchiha.
Appearance[]
Mashū bears great resemblance to his father, Tobichi, and to his ancestors; both Tora Uchiha, his great-uncle, and Izuna Uchiha, his great-great uncle. Particularly, he shares their long black hair, which he keeps tied back in a ponytail, similar to Itachi Uchiha. While his Sharingan is inactive, his eyes bear a brown color to them; a trait he inherited from his grandfather, Ryun, and his father. He typically wears the usual high collar blue shirt of the Uchiha clan; complete with an Uchiha clan crest on its back, though much larger than the usual crests.
