Meikyūgan (めいきゅう眼 Labyrinth Eye) is a unique dōjutsu awakened by --. This new bloodline came about from the combining bloodlines of -- and Tamagui. Though the dōjutsu is mysterious to --, -- seemingly is aware of its capabilities and function, while -- claims that it is a power strongly inherited from the Ōtsutsuki clan.

The Meikyūgan allows the wielder to control The Labyrinth. An endless pocket dimension created after the awakening of --'s Meikyūgan. Only -- can create portals to this dimension and travel freely through it. Only one with the Meikyūgan can safely travel through this world. If anyone else somehow enters The Labryinth, they will fall forever. A Meikyūgan wielder, however, can stand in midair where no one else could, as if it were solid ground.
The Meikyūgan has been revered as the "Eye of Spiritual Insight" (精神的な洞察の目, Seishin-Tekina Dōsatsugan). It allows the wielder to see and interact with the souls of the dead. -- have been seen to be able to communicate with the spirits inside of The Yomi, and even receive training from deceased warriors, as seen when he learned to wield a sword from the wandering spirit of a long-dead swordsman.
