Mitsuchi (水蛇, "Watersnake") is a personal technique of Takato Kōsoku that at first glance seems to be nothing more than a smaller weaker version of the Water Dragon Justu.

After learning Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique and seeing jutsus like the Rasengan and the Chidori, Takato decided to make his own Justu using the Water Dragon Bullet as his base.
This Justu can be used three ways. One way is that Takato can use his hand. Second way, Takato can use it with any weapon that he has one him. Third way is that Takato can filter the justus throughout his whole body.
First way, Takato would mold water chakra around his hand and draw in the moisture in the air and let it take shape into the form of a dragons head including the fangs of a dragon. He could send it out in a stream or he could rush at his opponent and piercing them causing fatal damage.
Second way, Takato grabs a weapon usually his sword, and lets the Justu flow throughout it. Instead of using his hand to gather the moisture in the air, he lets the moisture flow around his body and his sword as it takes the shape of a dragon. Takato rushes towards his opponent with a continuous attack that increases in power with each rotation, creating a strong slash. As Takato moves the Dragon moves with him as he build up momentum to make the dragon more powerful and after he slashes his opponent, the dragon gives the finishing blow.
Third way, Takato absorbs charka around him and turns it into water chakra as he take in the moisture in the air. Takato let’s out all of the pent up charka in his body and let it mold with that moisture that he builds up and let it take shape. The shape turns out to be a big full body dragon equipped with large wings, giant claws, and a long tail. Takato sends this dragon towards his opponent which would deal significant physical damage and if he wanted to can cause it to burst on top of his opponent possibly drowning them. This version can be also be used as a mode of transportation.
