Mizuho Akahiro is the younger sister of Bakuran Akahiro, and another member of the Akahiro Clan. Mizuho was dead set against her brother being sent to train in Konohagakure, possessing a very close, if slightly confrontational relationship with her brother. Going against the instructions of her elders, and all common sense, Mizuho set out alone to infiltrate Konoha and "rescue" her big brother. In this she was only partially successful, somehow managing to breach the village's security. However she was caught, and after the trouble caused by this she was made to stay in Konoha. Mizuho had mixed feelings about this as it allowed her to stay close to her brother, however she did not like living in Konoha, and she was forced to attend the Ninja Academy as part of the deal. Mizuho is well known for her seemingly limitless amount of energy, groundless self confidence and utter lack of forethought in all she does. Her brother has often described her as "the dumbest living thing on two legs". Mizuho is also notable in that she can seemingly take severe beatings without being otherwise hampered. Bakuran Claims this is because "Her brain is too primitive to acknowledge pain".
