Momiji Densetsu (紅葉伝説, Densetsu Momiji) known best by her alias Kijo (鬼女, lit. demon woman) is the current Daimyō of the Land of Witches.

Background

Not much is known about Moiji's history except that she hails from the Land of Witches.

Appearance

Momiji is a tall, fair-skinned woman with a curvaceous figure who generally wears a stoic, disapproving expression on her face. She has blue eyes and straight, long purple hair styled into low hanging two pony-tails with bangs framing on both cheeks. On top of her head she has the signature Land of Witches head gear, a pointed witch hat bearing the symbol of The Hidden Eye Village.

She wears a very low-cut blue and red kimono which displays her sizeable cleavage, with mesh armor underneath, a shredded hem, and a brown corset. She has bandaged wrapped aroudn her light leg, paired with a small strap on bag. She also wears black platform geta.

Abilities

Momiji's wand, a common tool within the Land of Witches.

Momiji is a very powerful kunoichi by the Land of Magics standards. Capable of preforming several high rank "spells" or Jutsu, she is a formidable opponent. As the Daimyō of the Land of Witches her power is spoken of throughout the land to a point where many of the residents are too afraid to commit crimes as to not face her wrath.

Shikigamijutsu

A fire brought to life by Momiji's Shikigamijutsu

A method of fighting which utilizes the Shikigami Technique, revolving around the imbuing of chakra into an object in order to give it life. Momiji is considered a master at the art, capable of incredible and scary feats. Her creations are so advanced that she is able to have full blown conversations with them, as seen when she argues with the flames created by her Fire Release: Will O' Wisp.

The witch has stated that nearly all of her creations act of their own accord, having their own personalities and mannerisms which she has practically no control over. This is both a strength and a weakness, while some of her constructions often talk back or even retaliate against her, others are eager to take out their aggression on the enemy.

Perhaps the most dangerous skill of Momiji is that she is capable of turning other peoples jutsus against them as most physical things can be given life and therefore put under her command.
