This is a technique used solely by Asanoha Nara, through her DNA altered Tenseigan.
Description[]
Asanoha, thanks to the myriad of different clans chakra, along with the Ōtsutsuki chakra, with the Tenseigan, gains access to chakra based purely on Natural Energy.
Like the Ten-Tails, this gives her virtually infinite chakra and renders her virtually immune to being sensed, as well as endows her with the heightened durability, stamina, speed, and strength of Sage Mode, but to a far greater degree.
Where Sage Mode also involves taking in Natural Energy to augment the user's own chakra, the Tenseigan instead confers Asanoha an ability to make her own chakra leave her body and merge with the planet's Natural Energy, allowing her to instantly alter the landscape and even the atmosphere across a given radius by manipulating the Natural Energy in the area.
However, as with most dojutsu, prolonged usage of this technique strains the user's eyes, forcibly returning them to their body and deactivating their Tenseigan for a limited "cooldown" period.
Because of her Byakugan's relation to her Tenseigan it would also allow her to see the planet's "pressure points" (i.e. the tectonic plates, mantle, groundwater, etc.) and freely stimulate them via the remote manipulation of Natural Energy, allowing for the creation of different natural disasters.
The Truth-Seeking Balls conferred by her Tenseigan would also be based more on Natural Energy, and so just as normal truth seekers are vulnerable to senjutsu, these would be vulnerable to powerful Yin-Yang Release techniques, while still working the very same as normal Truth Seeking Balls.
