Tomiko created this technique to paralyze her opponents all over the body. By weaving the specific hand seals, Tomiko creates a seal that she can then place on the back of a person's neck. Once the seal is placed there, Tomiko can weave an extra hand sign and cause the seal to connect to her opponents spinal cord where the network of nerves are. When this happens she can seal that whole network and cause the person to be paralyzed all over, they cannot move one single inch.
