The Nine Heavens Reincarnation is a secret Reincarnation Ninjutsu of the Fukkatsu Clan. It essentially grants the user nine additional lives. Upon the user's death, it resurrects them back to life with a with permanent boost in their physicality and healing factor as well as immunity to and use of whatever caused their death. It is an extremely feared, yet highly sought after Kinjutsu.

Upon activation, the user's natural healing factor receives a permanent boost, allowing them to 'create' new cells to repair their body. Upon activation, the user is resurrected and granted immunity to death for a specific amount of time, during which their chakra becomes limitless in scope. Its at this point which the user is at their most dangerous.
With each resurrection, the user is granted a permanent boost in their healing factor and chakra volume, which gets evermore-so efficient with each reincarnation. During the period of immunity to death, the user is able to utilize techniques without their usual drawbacks. Each reincarnation grants the user an increased immunity to death for 7 minutes, with each sequential duration being longer than the last. Besides this, the user is perpetually immune to whatever caused the technique to activate, making it ineffective a second time while granting the user permanent access to the technique in question.
