Nisshō Fuyutama (日照 冬霊), once known as Nisshō Uzumaki (日照 渦巻き), emerges as a formidable Time-Traveling Shinobi hailing from Otogakure. His origin is set one hundred years beyond the Fourth Shinobi World War, weaving his lineage from both the Uzumaki Clan and the ancient Fuyutama Clan. An unbroken thread connects him directly to the legacies of Kazeyo Fuyutama and Eihei Uzumaki.
Hailing from a distant era, Nisshō carries a unique vantage of technology and historical events. Yet, the act of traversing the Corridors of Time has taken its toll, muddling his own memories and leaving traces of uncertainty.
A botched return journey to his time shapes his destiny. In its aftermath, he forges the path of the Land of Merchants, an island nation that takes root under his leadership. As the inaugural Admiral of the Ocean Federation of Trade, Nisshō's influence leaves an indelible mark upon history, binding together the threads of his lineage, his journey, and the vibrant tapestry of a future he has both witnessed and helped shape.
Background
Nisshō's origins are woven into a future marred by the dominance of the Ōtsutsuki Clan, an epoch characterized by dystopia. Against the backdrop of the fragmented Land of Sound, he emerges as the descendant of a union between an Uzumaki Warlord and a Fuyutama woman—a heritage that bestows both gifts and burdens.
From a tender age of four, Nisshō's prodigious talents unfurl, marked by the manifestation of the Uzumaki's unique chakra. The Adamantine Attacking Chains, a symbol of his lineage, emerge with an eerie ease. His upbringing, however, casts a shadow—a life spent as an indentured servant under the reign of his grandfather. This existence, while demanding, isn't bereft of slivers of light. Amidst the toil, Nisshō finds solace in the pursuit of knowledge, mastering reading, self-defense through Taijutsu, and even dabbling in Genjutsu.
While the realm of combat Ninjutsu remains a forbidden fruit, Nisshō's keen observation and ingenuity yield covert fruits. The Tool Creation Technique, a disciplinary tool employed by his "masters," becomes his canvas for emulation—a feat accomplished through clandestine imitation. By age 10, his thirst for knowledge propels him to explore Orochimaru's abandoned lair, discovering relics that shape his journey. These hidden treasures form the foundation upon which he forges his unique Space–Time Ninjutsu—an enigma born of his secret struggles and clandestine aspirations.
As the sands of time shift beneath his feet, Nisshō's purpose becomes evident—a voyage to rewrite his own past. Guided by an unseen force, he harnesses the echoes of the Corridors of Time, unveiling a tapestry woven with destiny's threads. In this odyssey through eras, he epitomizes the convergence of lineage, ingenuity, and an unwavering pursuit of change—an indelible force navigating the corridors that bridge the present and the past.
In a twist of fate, Nisshō's Time Shift experimentation thrusts him into the heart of the Warring States Period—a tumultuous era dominated by the epic clash between Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju. Within this cauldron of history, he finds himself an observer and a learner, an unwitting participant in the convergence of destinies.
Guided by happenstance, he navigates the crucible of this time, unearthing the intricacies of the Sacred Sea Dance and Sacred Flame Dance. Amidst the fires of conflict, he discovers the art of manipulating these elements—powers that become part of his repertoire, forever etched in his abilities.
From the tapestry of the past, Nisshō draws knowledge that transcends his era. His Chakra Chains—once bound to his own body—become extensions woven from space itself, conjured from the very earth. The crucible of survival forges his skills on the anvil of necessity. Amidst the tumultuous chaos of the era, his Arsenal expands, birthing techniques like the Azure Flame Ball, Azure Flame Senbon, and the formidable Azure Flame Stream. Amidst the chaos, he also hones his medical prowess, forging the Adorned Sea Branch: Crown of Thorns—a testament to his ingenuity and adaptability.
Yet, the ravages of time's currents sweep him back to his own era, a clash with Izuna Uchiha exacting a steep price—the loss of his arm. Subsequent trials, including his journey to the foreign continent of Méihuā, further temper his resolve. Within unfamiliar landscapes, he adapts to the challenges posed by one-arm combat, an embodiment of his unwavering spirit and tenacity.
Through these myriad journeys, Nisshō's odyssey weaves—a tapestry of history, resilience, and evolution. Each chapter, be it forged in battles or nurtured amidst unfamiliar territories, sculpts the indelible saga of a traveler beyond time—a seeker of truth, a master of adaptation, and a testament to the boundless potential of a single soul.

Travelling with a young Yue.

After losing his eye.
Nisshō's temporal voyage, marked by tribulations and encounters, shaped his journey in ways unforeseen. Prior to his Time Shift to meet his ancestor, his path led him to Iwagakure, where destiny intertwined with the young girl named Yue. Her quest to reunite with her parents would become a shared odyssey, one marked by peril and mutual aid. In a harrowing confrontation with a swarm of giant bees, Nisshō suffered a grievous injury—his right eye pierced by the formidable threat. It was Yue's precipitate use of her Dust Release that warded off the danger, crystallizing their bond as they journeyed together.
Amidst their travels, Nisshō nurtured and guided Yue, offering protection and camaraderie. Yet, the weight of his wounds and the temporal dissonance gnawed at his being. To spare both himself and Yue from the repercussions, he entrusted her to the care of a compassionate family in Iwagakure, leaving behind a life he had briefly nurtured.
Returning to his original era, Nisshō's odyssey continued, introducing him to the Fuyutama Clan during a time preceding the Fourth Shinobi World War. His assimilation into this lineage unveiled the secrets of Ancestral Chakra, a binding force linking their bloodline through time and beyond. This revelation ignited his mastery of the Spirit Transformation Technique, enabling his spirit to manifest as a weapon—an embodiment of his ancestral legacy.
Journeying across the world, he delved into communion with nature, forging a profound connection that led him to a spiritual oasis untouched by a "Great Sage." Within its confines, Nisshō underwent spiritual healing, a respite from the tumultuous tides of time. The guidance of Shirokaze Fuyutama led him to the understanding of Senjutsu, its delicate equilibrium of spirit and physical vessel. A pivotal discovery emerged as he encountered the preserved remains of Seiryūō Fuyutama—an opportunity to graft Seiryūō's arm onto his own. The confluence of Hashirama Senju's cells and advanced technology culminated in a Shinobi-Ware arm, a vessel for Seiryūō's arm infused with the mysteries of Natural Energy.
Immersed in training, Nisshō harnessed his newly acquired arm to invoke the transformation—a fusion of Natural Energy and chakra. Unbeknownst to him, Seiryūō's spirit observed, bestowing his blessing upon Nisshō's efforts. Through arduous discipline, he attuned his energies, achieving the ability to sustain the transformation for a limited duration. Unlike conventional practitioners, Nisshō's reliance on Shadow Clones as a crutch was nonexistent, limiting his utilization of the form.
This chronicle—etched with trials, revelations, and growth—maps Nisshō's expedition as a time-traveler, a seeker of knowledge, and a conduit of ancestral might. His odyssey echoes with the threads of connection, change, and the unceasing pursuit of mastery—a saga that defies the boundaries of time and endures as a testament to the unwavering spirit of one shinobi's journey.

Hiring Hiru as his second.
In the process of trying to return home, a temporal distortion pulled Nisshō out of the Corridors of Time and stranded him in the past just before the 4th World War. Being that he was about a century or so before his own birth, Nisshō decided to change the course of history in his favor. Settling in an area he named the Land of Merchants, he displaced the small island from normal time and created a scar in the space-time continuum which he hid inside a large tower he named his Celestial Observatory. The land of merchants grew and soon boasted a small hidden village Harōgakure. During his time in this period, he would witness the great war where the Ten-Tails was resurrected and countless lives were lost, but also the rise of an era of peace. His village which was still unknown to the world stayed out of the war and due to his village being displaced, he and his people were spared the Infinite Tsukuyomi partially as while the Genjutsu took effect, they were not caught in the God: Nativity of a World of Trees.
Following the war and the introduction of the Shinobi Union, Nisshō entered the center stage as the Admiral of his nation.
Appearance

Nisshō's full appearance
Nisshō in his base appearance, unaltered by his Genjutsu: Self-Concealment, has short spiky white hair. He is fair-skinned and has an eye-patch, covering his right eye, which he lost in his travels. It has since been replaced with a Shinobi-Ware prosthesis. His attire consists of a black and red long coat, with matching pants. His shirt is white and very regal, accented with a black Ascot tie. His left arm was lost in a battle with Izuna Uchiha and has since been replaced with a specialized shinobi-ware prosthetic that is grey and red. This arm allows him to absorb chakra as well as enhances his strength. His eyes are an unnatural shade of red.

Illusion SU
While under his "Shinobi Union" guise, he retains his white hair, however, he loses his eye-patch and red eyes, having golden eyes instead. His "uniform" is blue and black, being likened to that of a Samurai. He is a bit shorter than his normal height, appearing to be younger.

Raid Illusion
While out in the world, performing raids on behalf of the Shiragiku Alliance, Nisshō takes a drastically different appearance. his red eyes turn blue, his hair is now black and very tame in comparison to his normal appearance. He has black chakra armor that he wears over top of his compression suit, which is said to withstand heavy blows to protect him. He has a blue scarf that he uses to cover the lower portion of his face. His armor is accented with silver and white, as well as strange blue gems.
Both of his alternate appearances are caused by his Genjutsu: Self-Concealment creating a different effect at the will of Nisshō.

Sealed Form
The aftermath of the Rebellion ushered Nisshō into a fateful transformation, a catalyst for his dormant potential. The amalgamation of Sage Chakra and his own cells acted as a key, unlocking ancestral genes buried within his DNA—the legacy of the Nisshōkirite Clan, a lineage intertwined with the realm of spirits. In a symphony of awakening, the spirit of his lineage merged with his being, an indelible fusion that forever altered his appearance.
Emanating from this harmonious union, Nisshō's visage underwent a profound metamorphosis. Fox ears and tails sprouted, complementing his unchanged white hair. This corporeal transformation, fueled by the heritage of his lineage, unveiled a long-slumbering Kekkei Genkai—the ancient eyes that are Blue and Yellow, each hue a portal to a realm forgotten by time. This ethereal inheritance rekindled the spirit connections his forebears possessed, gifting him with unparalleled insight into the world beyond.
Yet, despite this celestial evolution, Nisshō's condition bore a unique confluence of limitations. Imprisoned by a potent seal, his once-keen intellect and strength gave way to a child-like state. This enigmatic transformation persisted, marked by the fox features and awakened Kekkei Genkai. However, his chakra flowed through a bottleneck, stifling his combat prowess. The richness of his jutsu repertoire became tantalizingly out of reach, restricted by the shackles of his seal.
The symphony of his saga continues, a fusion of lineage, potential, and incarceration. As he navigates the tapestry of his existence, Nisshō stands as a living bridge between realms—a soul forever linked to the spirit world, a testament to the enigmatic mysteries that carve their path through time and space.
Personality
Nisshō embodies a silent demeanor, driven by an unyielding quest for justice and the truth. Despite a timeline askew, his heart yearns to mend it, to weave a brighter future. Amidst the shadows of nihilism, Nisshō's path remains one of illumination. In the pursuit of mastery over Time Shift, his aspirations sidestep the temptation of god-like power, preferring a harmonious connection to his ancestral origins.
For Nisshō, camaraderie and kinship hold profound value. He stands as a guardian, poised to shield both comrades and creatures, a testament to his selflessness. His disdain for oppressive rule fuels a rebellious fire, driving him to champion the side of revolt rather than complacency.
Guided by a shrewd and cautious mind, Nisshō conceals certain abilities, manipulating perception to veil his intentions. Such astuteness resonates in his combat approach, where the wisdom of Sage Mode bolsters his senses, enveloping him in a tapestry of awareness. This sagacity extends to his strategic choices, as exemplified by his Genjutsu: Self-Concealment, a craft that projects multiple facades, and the mastery he wields over the Sacred Flame and Sea Dances, a testament to his ingenuity.
Nisshō's enigmatic aura and profound convictions paint a portrait of a warrior driven by a relentless quest for truth, justice, and a future unfettered by the shadows of the past.
Abilities
Nisshō is an overall "Long-Range" combatant, preferring to use his techniques to fight to keep his opponents at bay and overwhelm them with high power. When at close range, Nisshō's goal is to swiftly overwhelm his opponent using weapon skills rather than Taijutsu as he has not trained as extensively in Taijutsu as he has in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu or Kenjutsu. It was said his usage of techniques is closer to that of Hagoromo, than normal shinobi.
With the introduction of Senjutsu, Nisshō is able to augment his skills and increase their potency. Nisshō would however unintentionality hurt his overall chakra potency as well as his overall strength because of his failed attempt to possess the body of another shinobi during the failed raid on the Three Tails. This would carry on down the line with him being unable to utilize his higher chakra yield techniques without risking further damage to his Chakra Pathway System or killing himself from excessive strain.

Due to being a descendant of the Uzumaki Clan, he boasts a higher than average Chakra yield for someone his age. This is accompanied by his Fuyutama heritage which promotes a link to the ancestors and has a passive link to Ancestral Chakra. His chakra was stated to have a purple coloration when sensed by a Sensor Type Shinobi. When using his Chakra Exertion Technique, Nisshō is able to emit a burst of chakra around his body in the form of a purple flame. This flame aura is rather dense to those around him and due to his chakra levels it can be very intimidating to those who aren't on the same level as him.

Nisshō Aura Burst
Due to training with Shirokaze Fuyutama and Kazeyo Fuyutama, he has gained access to his "Spirit Techniques" which allow him to weaponize his spirit and replicate jutsu from other clans or techniques. This ability to weaponized his spirit is unique to Nisshō as he was seeking a way to escape his material bonds. His skills stem from his Spirit Transformation Technique, and have grown into the the ability to temporarily translate his material body into a spiritual form and the the ability to call forth a guardian using his spirit as the base. Nisshō's intense training granted him a modified version of Chakra Enhanced Speed; This ability has allowed Nisshō to be able to vibrate his body by increasing the flow of chakra to his legs and then rebound the force back throughout his body, In doing so he is able to race around at a blinding speed, leaving a streak of white in his wake. When in use at its full potential, he has been said to surpass the Body Flicker Technique, creating shockwaves from his force and impact. When used in conjunction with his Kenjutsu, he is able to attack with such intensity that he cuts his opponents to shreds leaving a mist of blood in his wake. This speed has repercussions, however, in that his bones rattle when his speed is in use, causing him intense pain, which limits his full use of his speed. Due to his chakra control, Nisshō is able to perform hand seals with one hand, however majority of his techniques are generated without the need for seals.

Nisshou using the Adamantine Sealing Chains
Nisshō has access to the Uzumaki sealing chains, being able to deploy them at will. Unlike other users, he is able to manifest these independent of his body, having them manifest from distortions in space.
Due to losing his left arm and right eye, these have been replaced with Shinobi-Ware prosthesis. This houses a hidden weapon, which can be used to release a single-use pulse, blasting enemies with a wave of pressurized chakra. His eye is able to see things far in the distance, as well as reveal hidden items using Infrared and Ultraviolet vision.
Due to being of the Fuyutama clan, Nisshō is able to call upon the spirits of his ancestors as well as tap into the realm of Sage Arts to use a unique form of Senjutsu. Being able to draw in the Ancestral Chakra of his ancestors to increase his standard reserves for a brief period of time.
The usage of the Ancestral Chakra gives rise to Nisshō's spirit techniques. These enable him to turn his own spirit into a weapon and attack the spirit of his foes. Stemming from his Spirit Transformation Technique, Nisshō is able to transform his soul into parts of an etherial knight. Using his Spirit Translation Technique, he is able to make himself ethereal simulating the effects of Kamui. He would lose access to his spirit techniques after the destruction of Kumogakure and him using a kinjutsu.
Due to his training with Shirokaze and the grafting of Seiryūō's arm to his body, through his Shinobi-Ware acting as a limiter and preventing his body from rejecting the transplant, Nisshō is able to access Sage Mode, however, unlike a regular shinobi, this is completely linked to the grafted arm, and the Shinobi-Ware's ability to regulate the flow of Natural Energy, and as such without it, he is cut off from his Sage Mode transformation.
Using his Senjutsu, Nisshō is able to infuse the sage chakra into his existing arsenal, creating larger-scale versions of his techniques. When in Sage Mode, his flames burn much hotter, and his water's healing properties are increased to be able to regrow limbs. While in sage mode, he has access to the Sage Art: Authority of the Gods Subjugating the Heavens, which is a technique seemingly inspired by the effects of Shinra Tensei. Using it he is able to create a massive repulsive force, however, it depletes his senjutsu chakra dramatically, limiting him to about 3 uses in sage mode before he loses his form. One additional technique he has created using his Senjutsu is the enhanced version of his Spirit Effigy Technique, in which he is able to manifest the full avatar rivaling that of a Full-Body Susanoo. His final Sage Art technique is one that he completed on behalf of his fallen daughter, the Sage Art: Fire Release Secret Technique Smoldering Shuriken is a powerful Kinjutsu that is able to burn a target to ashes.

Nisshou in his "Devil Form"
He was able to take his Sage Arts to the final stages when he developed the Sage Art: Flame Covering the Heavens, a transformation and power amplification technique that allows him to absorb and use pure natural energy. This has the drawback of depleting his actual chakra supplies as well as eroding his chakra pathway system, meaning that death awaits him after his transformation fades.
Despite the damage to his Chakra network, the influx of Natural Energy and his emotional state while on the run caused a transformation vastly different than his "Devil" form. This was caused by his natural energy interacting with his DNA and awakening not only a hidden Doujutsu but also invoking a "kitsune" transformation. This form has shown to be permanent as when he was sealed by the Shinobi Union it remained simply reducing him to a child-like state.
Main articles: Sacred Flame Dance and Sacred Sea Dance Nisshō specializes in Fire Release, using the effects of his Ancestral Chakra to create "Holy Fire". This fire has the properties to burn away impurities and when infused with Natural Energy it can burn the spirit. The base technique Nisshō has in his arsenal is the Sacred Flame Dance, which he is able to mold into other variants. The special properties allow him to combat powerful techniques such as the Tenseigan Chakra Mode, by interrupting its chakra flow, and when using Senjutsu to enhance his flames, he can combat the Truth-Seeking Ball.
His second nature is his Water Release, with it, he is able to imbue the water with his "holy" properties allowing them to cleanse others. This, like his flame dance, are able to erode impurities.
After losing his Spirit Techniques due to an injury following The Destruction of Harō, Nisshō returned to his roots and further developed his Fire Release and Water Release, creating more intricate usages of his Sacred Flame Dance and Sacred Sea Dance, to bolster his diminished skillset. In the training he had done while on the run, he would create the Azure Cremation, a powerful and focused flame attack which reduces the target to ashes.
Main article: Time Shift

Yamashina, Nisshō's Personal Summon
Being of the Uzumaki and the Fuyutama, Nisshō has had a different grasp of Ninjutsu and took to learning the secrets of Space–Time Ninjutsu, in order to find a way to warp space and time in order to travel the corridors of time. This led to him developing Time Shift as a means of going backward and forwards through time. In his research he also discovered that in using his technique it displaced him in time, allowing him to create an arsenal, unlike any other shinobi. His first technique was the Temporal Clone Technique, which allows him to pull "remnants" from aborted or parallel timelines to fight with him. These unlike Shadow Clones don't split his chakra and are autonomous to the degree that they are Nisshō just from different points in time. The clones are able to bleed, and when dealt sufficient damage or are killed fade away as their life force was keeping them tethered to the timeline in which they were summoned.
He would go on to perfect his space-time ninjutsu, in order to create an area where time doesn't flow where two could fight for virtually forever uninterrupted as well as the ultimate barrier, capable of deflecting even the Truth-Seeking Ball once fully invoked.
Following the destruction of his village and his armada, Nisshō would create the Light Speed Dash Technique, which would allow him to move from place to place without needing to have Hiru at his side with her Water Release: Gate of Wonder Technique.
Due to his training against Shirokaze Fuyutama, Nisshō learned how to dispel and cast Genjutsu, while not as potent as those cast with a Sharingan, he was able to simulate the same effects using his Sage Mode and Senjutsu. His main skill is in the ability to use Temple of Nirvana Technique, which allows him to place a large group to sleep.
Nisshō has access to a skill known as Genjutsu: Self-Concealment, which alters his outward appearance using high-frequency sounds. This is nearly always active and requires minimal chakra to maintain. The effects are far-reaching as he is able to mask his chakra along with his face, allowing him to essentially appear differently depending on who he is around. While in the Shinobi Union, he uses a youthful slightly regal appearance, however, while out on Rebel strikes, he takes on a black-haired appearance in black armor. Following his battle with Kiri ninja over the Three-Tails, he went on to develop Hyakki Yakō, a fusion utilizing both the Temple of Nirvana Technique and the Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique.
As with all members of the Fuyutama Clan, Nisshō was trained in the use of swords from a young age and refined when he traveled to the past to meet his ancestors. Nisshō doesn't hold a traditional sword and prefers to conjure one using his Azure Flame Saber, Adorned Sea Branch: Trident of Waves or Tool Creation Technique, allowing him to create any type of sword for the situation.
Due to his training, Nisshō is skilled in more than just using swords. He has excellent ability and aptitude in Archery, allowing him to create a bow using his Tool Creation and then fire arrows made from his Sacred Flame Dance. His main technique is to fire an arrow of fire into the air and then cause it to splinter and release hundreds of arrows over a battlefield to overwhelm his opponent.

Nissho's Marksmenship
His marksmanship using his pistols known as Hi and Mizu is unmatched, Nisshō is able to hit targets without much effort, as well as set traps using his specialized ammunition.

Nisshou protecting Yue with Tool Creation
The Inyō is a Kekkei Genkai which lay dormant within his DNA, which was brought to the surface due to his emotional state and his influx of Natural Energy. This Dōjutsu allows for him to view the past and the future seamlessly and was awakened due to the greater Kitsune-Yōkai which has taken roost in his body. The Inyō was once the Kekkei Genkai of the Nisshōkirite Clan. He hasn't had much experience with using this particular power as he only used it against Honrui in battle.

Concept and Creation
Originally crafted as a troll character Nisshō/Nisshō/Post-Crisis, the author Niss wanted to craft a version that could be taken seriously on the Wikia as his true return to the site as an editor. Nisshō gained the last name "Fuyutama" from the authors past on the Wikia working with Kazeyo and KamiYomi and his character Seiryūō Fuyutama. The link to the other versions of the character linger in his use of the Time Shift technique, showing a mini-multiverse in the author's mind. As the second incarnation of a multiversal character after Nisshō van Astrea and Naoto no Mikoto.
The continued use of the name Nisshō comes from the author's love of the name meaning of "Sunlight", being a derivative of the term Akasuki which means "Daybreak". His skills were inspired by various fire users from other anime series as well as a chaotic parallel with his water usage. The main characters that inspired the user to use flames were Karna from Fate/Apocrypha, Shin Wolford from Wise Man's Grandchild, and recently Quetzalcoatl from Fate/Grand Order. These characters used widescale fire attacks with devastating effects.
His epithet "Lord of Time" stems from the authors' love of the series Doctor Who, which heavily inspired the time travel aspects of the character, as well as the Flash series with its Temporal Duplicates.
This character serves as the Author's escape to create something that embodies his favorite elements of other series.
