The Passionate Kissing Technique is a technique developed by the 6th Mizukage, Shizuka Hōzuki, which enables the user to access the target's memories through kissing. Unlike it's fellow Mind Reading brethren, the technique takes a hefty amount of time to fully initiate, resulting in possibly hours of kissing. However, because the technique takes longer, it also allows the user to view memories in greater detail, memorizing them almost instantaneously. It is common for the user of this technique to situate themselves in a more comfortable manner prior to beginning, due to the sheer length of time this technique requires.
The duration of the kiss is solely dependent on one subject, which is the age of the victim. Those who are relatively young, say, academy graduates, may take as little as a few minutes to fully evaluate, where as, long lived veterans, such as Onoki may possibly take a few hours, based on how far into the past the user of the technique was intending to travel.
Whether or not the target has any memory of the event, it can be reached. Any and all memory locks are also nullified by this technique. Useful knowledge can also be gained through so much of a lick, learning of things such as jutsu and fighting strategies.
