Instant Spawning of the Cosmic Avatar is a custom chakra-based avatar made of the user's essence. Taking on the shape of a large violet coloured humanoid, along with blood splattered over its bare chest. Its face resembled that of an open dimensional gate, with energy looming out of it. Its size, power, and defence, the Cosmic Avatar annihilates the mighty Susanoo.

Upon activation, the Cosmic Avatar quickly manifests around the user, and the movements of the Cosmic Avatar are as fluid as if it were an extended limb. The Cosmic Avatar is the manifestation of the user's chakra, so any techniques used by the Avatar are thousands of times stronger than they usually would be. Upon frequent use of this technique, the user will be able to have the Avatar fight on its own, still being commanded by the creator of said Avatar.
Upon first viewing it, many assume the fragile look of the Avatar to be a sign of weakness. This is a mistake however, as the Avatar is able to stomp on Susanoo's, as to them, anything smaller than itself is weak. The Cosmic Avatar is regarded as the 'perfect' chakra avatar, with virtually no weaknesses.
In the terms of its abilities, it has many. For one, any techniques used by the user with the Avatar active, has the Avatar act as a medium to use the techniques, making any techniques used a thousand times stronger. The Avatar has something called the 'impossibility' feature. This feature allows the Avatar to be both tangible and intangible at the same time. It can make physical contact when needed, and is unable to be touched otherwise. The Cosmic Avatar is also able to form small Complete Body Susanoos at will, and these are able to fly, and upon contact with these, the target(s) impacted experience extreme cases of Phobia, making them fear even the littlest of things. The Cosmic Avatar also displays the ability to borrow Kekkei Genkai. What this means that depending on the target, the Cosmic Avatar will temporarily be able to utilize the Kekkei Genkai of the target(s).
Weapon-wise, it's standard weapon is the Celestial Hammer. However, when Toku uses the avatar, his version uses the Heki Blade.
