Phoenix Release: Omnipotent Expansion Technique is an extremely powerful defensive maneuver used by phoenixes and users of Phoenix Sage Mode.

Overview

After weaving the necessary signs, the user explodes into silver flames and releases unrelenting waves of pure heat. The extreme heat emanating out from the user discourages anyone from coming close. The technique also discharges tongues of fire that follow a rhythmic pattern; these pulsing waves of flame can be used to incinerate anything that comes into contact with it. The user can willingly control the rhythm and can also manipulate them to create a barrier or to attack an opponent. If hit by the flames, both the sheer heat and the concentrated nature of said flames are enough to completely sear through skin, muscle, and bone.
