Worn on the user’s arm, this Scientific Ninja Tool is designed to amplify or absorb sound waves generated by the user’s movements. What sets the RESV2 apart from its predecessor is its integration with the Sound ReleaseKekkei Genkai, giving users direct access to unique sound-based ninjutsu, enabling a wide array of offensive, defensive, and sensory techniques.
It is considered a restricted device, developed specifically for Otogakure’s ANBU division, enhancing their ability to operate covertly using inaudible frequencies, vibration-based detection, or disorienting sound-based Genjutsu. Additionally, the RESV2 is compatible with Scroll Cartridges, allowing its user to quickly switch between preloaded techniques or support tools in the field.
