Raionsuraisā (ライオンスライサー, lit. Japanese for "Lion Slicer") is the name of Momoko Kotone's sword. It is a fairly standard katana, bearing a slender and slightly curved blade. Raionsuraisā has a rectangular tsuba and it's hilt is wrapped in red dyed ray skin. Raionsuraisā is sheathed in a black scabbard.
Momoko refers to this blade as a Meitō (名刀, lit. meaning "Famous/Excellent Sword") due to her own forging it and it (alongside herself) achieving a reputation on the battlefield during the Fourth Shinobi World War. Raionsuraisā's status as a Meitō indicates a history and points to the sword having become a part of the fame and identity of it's wielder.
Momoko has shown great skill and expertise with the blade, wielding it seemingly effortlessly and using it to cut down a great number of enemies in the course of battle. The blade was instrumental in the defeat and sealing of Momoko's resurrected sensei, Isamu Eiji.
