Raisho is a long range lightning jutsu invented and used by Hotaku Kamateru, similar to Chidori Sharp Spear used by Sasuke Uchiha, except that the Raisho is a projectile type jutsu that is used like a bullet shot from the finger. It is quite useful, but it weakens the more the longer it has to fly trough the air and it's piercing power is, at long range, nowhere near the Chidori for example. From short range this jutsu is more effective though. This jutsu is one of the jutsu considered to be Hotaku's signature techniques.
