The Reincarnation Wheel Explosion (ド転ン生爆,Tensei Rin Baku) is a powerful technique utilized by Chiyoko Otsutsuki.
Usage[]
Chiyoko holds her hand toward the approaching ninjutsu, which slows down before she seemingly inhales it, converting it into her own chakra and boosting its power before firing it back at the opponent. Because it doesn't rely on the Truth-Seeking Ball for use, it can be used when needed. When coupled with the full vision of her Tenseigan, it is highly versatile, able to absorb any and all chakra and chakra-based attacks within her visual range, regardless of nature transformation. Upon the attack hitting the opponent, it cause a massive explosion while sending a pillar of energy into the sky.
It can also be used to absorb chakra attacks with no harm to the user without redirecting it, akin to a similar technique from its rival dojutsu. This process works by the user simultaneously rotating the attacks chakra clockwise and counter-clockwise. Absorbing chakra this way works across the entire body, though the chakra appears to migrate to the users mouth, appearing as if it was inhaled or eaten. Because seals are inscriptions and/or symbols infused with chakra, this technique makes them useless as well, neutralizing their function.
