Rigaki Uchiha, sometimes called the Synthetic Shinobi or the Hybrid Human, is a biocomposite being that Orochimaru created as part of a long-running project to build the perfect vessel on a cellular level. Taking cell samples and chakra samples from various powerful individuals throughout much of shinobi history, Orochimaru incorporated decades of their own studies into countless jutsu, as well as biology and their very own Living Corpse Reincarnation for the delicate construction of a unique new entity, which eventually became Rigaki. Possessing DNA from exactly twelve people known for their incredible abilities, Rigaki Uchiha's genetic database is rather vast, with a body made almost entirely from Hashirama Senju's cells, as well as a small percentage of other genes spliced into it in order to allow for even more Kekkei Genkai, including Sasuke Uchiha, Itachi Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, Shisui Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, Minato Namikaze, Naruto Uzumaki, Boruto Uzumaki, Orochimaru themselves, and another of Orochimaru's projects, which is the artificial organism referred to as Mitsuki. Inheriting many of his components' capabilities through the possession of their DNA, Rigaki was made to be powerful from the very beginning, though after Orochimaru acquired his current body, being that of a White Zetsu, which gave him the immortality that he sought for so long, Rigaki was deemed obsolete as a vessel, instead becoming more of a side project that was born from curiosity. Thus, Rigaki's development continued until he became what he currently is.

Appearance[]

Rigaki Uchiha appears as a sixteen-year-old boy with long, messy, wild, spiky, and shaggy jet black hair not dissimilar to the hairstyle of Madara Uchiha, though with much more of an overgrown aesthetic to it as a result of the influence that his other genetic components hold over his unique physiology. With the same black eyes seen from most of the Uchiha Clan, Rigaki is easily seen as bearing the form of its members, as he possesses more DNA from this clan than any other clan that composes his cells, enough that he chose their surname as his own when he chose his name.

Akin to the markings seen Naruto Uzumaki's face, as well as those of each of his children, Boruto and Himawari, Rigaki displays whisker markings as a result of being "born" with Kurama sealed inside of him, or more specifically, a clone of him, as the chakra that was used to recreate the Tailed Beast was taken from the night that he was unleashed upon Konoha, the very same night in which Naruto was born. Thus, his memories only exist until then, whereas the original Kurama retains all of his memories, continuing his existence while Himawari Uzumaki occupies the position of the Nine-Tails' jinchūriki.

When using his Sharingan, Rigaki's eyes take on the standard red pupil coloration that the Sharingan will always cause, displaying the full three tomoe from the moment of his eyes' creation, though his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan are distinct in that both of his eyeballs turn red in their entirety while this dōjutsu is active, giving it a similar appearance to the Rinnegan instead of any known Mangekyō Sharingan, and the pattern of his hybrid eyes is a combination of the patterns seen in the eyes of the Uchiha that compose his own cells. The "Y" shape seen in the center of Sasuke Uchiha's Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan acts as the center of these composite eyes, with three smaller spikes in the corners where the lines intersect as a result of Itachi's own eyes being mixed in despite Sasuke's eyes already inheriting the traits of his older brother's Mangekyō Sharingan, while the circles of Madara's Mangekyō Sharingan seem to hover beyond the longer points, connecting to each other in its usual pattern, though with the addition of the pattern that both Obito Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake shared between their Mangekyō Sharingan branching off of the middle of these connecting lines, replacing the lines that would otherwise belong the Mangekyō Sharingan of Izuna Uchiha. Surrounding this combination of patterns is a circular variant of Shisui's Mangekyō Sharingan pattern, the center of which is the rest of the design. However, after acquiring both the Yin half and Yang half of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's chakra, given that Rigaki's possession of chakra and cells from both Naruto and Sasuke also gives him the chakra of Asura and Indra from their reincarnations and prompted Hagoromo to investigate the extra source of his sons' chakra signature, Rigaki's eyes were transformed into six-tomoe Rinnegan nearly identical to the Rinnegan of Sasuke Uchiha, though instead of only one of his eyes, Rigaki Uchiha experienced this alteration in the form of a pair, the tomoe being mirrored from left to right in a way that made it seem as though the patterns were actively facing each other, and with his inheritance of chakra, cells, and memories from Madara Uchiha in addition to Sasuke, Rigaki gained access to the abilities of their Rinnegan alongside the standard Six Paths technique, acquiring Amenotejikara and Limbo: Border Jail as a result of his nature.

Personality[]

While often seeming cold, detached, and otherwise uncaring towards those that surround him, Rigaki Uchiha is deeply conflicted as to what kind of person he believes that he is meant to be, the memories of twelve different people being the core of his own, and as such, he struggles to form his own personality. In spite of this, though, he shares behavioral traits with his genetic components, including the desire to grow more powerful from both Madara and Sasuke, the indomitable will of Naruto, Sasuke, and Naruto's son, Boruto, the unwavering resolve of the First Hokage, and the compassion that Minato Namikaze displayed when he was still alive. Prone to sudden shifts in demeanor, Rigaki is known to be emotionally unstable under certain circumstances, such as visiting places that his genetic components possessed strong emotional attachments to, or seeing individuals that exist within their memories. Over time, he learns to embrace his nature as the mixture of a dozen people, and his personality stabilizes into something that is all his own, a mindset born from the lives of twelve individuals that melded into his very own unique combination.

Rigaki is very knowledgeable about the shinobi world, possessing experience from several eras as a result of inheriting the memories of his genetic components. From the Warring States Period to the New Era, the Hybrid Human is well-versed in the Earth's vast history, and his perspective of the world is directly tied to his inherited experience, viewing war as inevitable, yet unnecessary, and forming complex strategies on instinct alone, though despite these tactics' somewhat simple origins, they tend to be highly effective, too. One such example, small though it is, was when Nesashiki Ōtsutsuki, a Celestial Being with similarities to the Synthetic Shinobi, expressed his desire to hold a sparring match, only for Shikamaru Nara to forbid it almost immediately until Rigaki convinced him that it would help to gauge their power before the two receive training, as their unique circumstances place them in a very particular spot within the ranking system that might be difficult to properly determine. Despite the fact that this was partly born from his own desire to engage Nesashiki in a one-on-one battle, Rigaki displayed a more logical approach to achieving the outcome that resulted in the sparring match.

Background/History[]

Rigaki Uchiha is an artificial being that Orochimaru created using chakra, cells, and data collected from various powerful shinobi throughout history, or rather, the ones Orochimaru could get his hands on, using microscopic snakes whose scales reflected nearly all methods of detection, only able to be perceived by the individual who summoned them via a connection through their summoning contract. Rigaki’s body is made from cultivated cells and chakra taken from Hashirama Senju, Sasuke Uchiha, Itachi Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, Shisui Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, Minato Namikaze, Naruto Uzumaki, Boruto Uzumaki, Orochimaru, and Mitsuki, which were taken at various points in these individuals’ lives, with the exception of Hashirama Senju, whose cells and chakra were taken after his death. Rigaki was also implanted with data collected on these individuals, at various key points throughout their lives, granting him the memories, knowledge, and abilities of each of his genetic components, in addition to whatever powerful techniques that other notable shinobi were able to perform. These included shinobi such as Nagato, who was given a pair of Rinnegan belonging to Madara Uchiha, and used the eyes with unparalleled effectiveness, the Fourth Raikage, who possessed the technique known as Lightning Release Chakra Mode, allowing him to flow Lightning Release chakra throughout his entire body to stimulate his nervous system to superhuman levels, and some of Orochimaru’s own followers, like Karin, who possessed an incredibly useful chakra sensing technique called Mind’s Eye of the Kagura, which allows her to sense chakra from long distances, as well as determine its characteristics, location, and movement in great detail. Rigaki also possesses chakra and a single cell taken from each of Sasuke Uchiha's eyes in their normal, three-tomoe Sharingan, and Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan forms, as well as from his left eye after it turned into a six-tomoe Rinnegan. In addition to this, he also has chakra and a single cell from each of Madara Uchiha’s Rinnegan, as well as each of Itachi, Obito, and Shisui’s eyes in their normal, three-tomoe Sharingan, and Mangekyō Sharingan forms, all of which have been cultivated for use in creating his own eyes, removing the blindness that would normally result from using his Mangekyō Sharingan, as it has been turned into an Eternal Mangekyō by default, and due to him having chakra and cells from both Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, the last reincarnations of Ashura and Indra, respectively, along with Rinnegan cells and chakra, his potential to awaken the Rinnegan is increased compared to others before him. He also has cultivated chakra from Kurama, which has formed into Kurama itself after Orochimaru, Rigaki's creator, used a method that expedited the process, since a Tailed Beast’s revival using its own chakra can potentially take decades otherwise.

Since members of the Uchiha Clan make up more of Rigaki’s DNA than those of any other, Rigaki has decided to adopt the Uchiha name, despite his conflicting feelings about whether it is a name he wants to bear as his own, partly resulting from the clan's reputation being one that was born from both bloodshed and tragedy, a history that Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Obito. and Shisui are ever-so-familiar with, leading Rigaki to share their sentiments about the nature of their origins.

Using the experiences he has a result of being made from various other people, Rigaki Uchiha was able to quickly befriend Kurama, who warned him that should Rigaki use his power for anything other than peace, like he said he would, Kurama would seal Rigaki’s access to his power for good, to which Rigaki promises the fox that he'll be counting on him to set the Uchiha back on the right path if he thinks he's being led astray by the power he possesses. The two are able to form a bond comparable to the one between Naruto Uzumaki and the original Kurama, as the one inhabiting Rigaki was, in a sense, a clone of the one who befriended Naruto, being made from his cultivated chakra under conditions that wouldn't suit a proper revival. As a result, this clone only possessed memories up until the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox’s Attack on Konohagakure decades earlier, since the chakra that had been used to create it was taken from the air that night. Over time, Kurama began to trust Rigaki enough to help him gain the trust of the other eight Tailed Beasts, allowing him to use their power in the same ways that Naruto Uzumaki could, even allowing him to use the technique known as Indra’s Arrow, which Sasuke Uchiha had created after placing the nine Tailed Beasts under his control, before drawing upon their power for the attack, although Rigaki was able to do without having to force the Tailed Beasts to cooperate.

Eventually, after overcoming the mental struggles that resulted from all of his memories and experiences of the people who compose his very being, he is able to become a genuinely kind and caring individual, though he still maintains a somewhat indifferent demeanor, continuing to show little emotion, but experiencing all of them just the same. Soon after, he awakened the Rinnegan in both of his eyes, with the pattern being the same as that of Sasuke’s, possessing six tomoe in two sets of three lining the two innermost circles of both purple eyeballs. Unlike Sasuke’s Rinnegan, however, these eyes do not diminish in power, no matter how much of it Rigaki uses, and possess the unique abilities of both Madara and Sasuke, granting Rigaki access to Limbo: Border Jail, and Amenotejikara, respectively.

After awakening the eyes of the Sage of Six Paths, Rigaki was approached by the mythical Sage himself, and after speaking with Hagoromo, the synthetic human realized that his entire journey had been observed by Hagoromo after the ascendant Ōtstustuki detected his sons’ chakra in more than two people, not to mention the fact that Rigaki had both Indra and Ashura’s chakra contained within a single body. The Sage of Six Paths offered Rigaki the same thing he offered Naruto and Sasuke: his power. However, this time, it would not be split, nor would any of it be spared. In the Sage’s eyes, Rigaki had proven himself worthy of inheriting ALL of the power the Sage could give him, and thus, the Sage granted him access to Six Paths Chakra, Six Paths Yin Power, Six Paths Yang Power, Six Paths — Chibaku Tensei, Six Paths Senjutsu, and by extension, Six Paths Sage Mode.

Powers/Abilities[]

Since Rigaki Uchiha’s genetic database is composed of cell and chakra samples gathered from twelve separate individuals, with him being implanted with data regarding the most important parts of their lives, he possesses the same powers and abilities that his genetic components did in their lifetimes, as well as any other techniques that would make him more powerful, in addition the power of the nine Tailed Beasts along with all of the power possessed by the Sage of Six Paths. In order to try and make this as convenient and as clear as I possibly can, I will categorize Rigaki’s abilities by the individuals who created them. However, if there is someone else who used the ability better, and said someone is part of Rigaki’s genetic makeup, it will be listed under them instead. There may be something that Rigaki can do that none of his genetic components created or used in the most effective way, but are still listed under them regardless, since some techniques are derived from others that they know, but do not fit the aforementioned criteria. Whether the individual created the ability, used it best, or did neither of those things, it will be displayed alongside the ability itself for clarification. Trivia[]

  • Rigaki Uchiha takes heavy inspiration from Cell, a major antagonist of Dragon Ball Z, as both are made with cells of other powerful combatants, forming the basis of their own DNA.
  • While I originally never planned for things to get so out of hand with the powerscaling, the more thought that I put into this, the more that I realized how absurdly overpowered Rigaki ended up being with this much power in the possession of a single person. Take, for example, Madara's use of the Multiple Wood Release Clone Technique, which allowed him to give his clones THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL SUSANOO (I really hope that someone gets this reference) or how Kamui and the Lightning Cutter were combined into Kamui Lightning Cutter. Lightning Release Chakra Mode, Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, Flying Thunder God Technique, Body Flicker Technique, and even Kamui could all be used for ridiculously fast moves, with Kamui and Lightning Release Chakra Mode possibly sending anything that touches Rigaki's chakra cloak into Kamui's Dimension simply because there was contact between them. I mean, seriously, this is way over the top, and I cannot even imagine the full extent of what I gave to my own character. There is honestly so much more that he could potentially do, though I think that he is able to do more than enough as he currently is.
