The Ruby Wheel Localized Reincarnation Explosion (琉美輪近傍転生爆, Rubīrin Kinbō Tensei Baku) is one of the powerful techniques utilized by Chiyoko Otsutsuki.
Usage[]
It is a highly devestating attack, created by Chiyoko focusing her Tenseigan Chakra Mode into a Truth-Seeking Ball she creates near her mouth, which glows red as it collects energy before releasing a beam of pure chakra. The beam itself becomes many times as wide as her entire body and possesses enough power to destroy landmasses in its path, releasing large magnitudes of force capable of blowing even Sand Dunes away.
