Ryūsei Ryo is a missing-nin from Konohagakure, formerly an ANBU captain. She cared for Noelle Zen Ōnari when she left Taiki and became a personal friend of Noelle's as well.

Ryūsei is an average-looking female with long dark black hair separated in two strands in the back and and green eyes. She wears a bandage over her head, that ties at one side and makes her hair look layered. She wears bandages around the stump of her right arm, her left wrist and forearm, and the bottom half of her legs. Her right arm is prosthetic and she wears a short katana attached to her prosthetic arm. Her left arm has a large tattoo, that is believed to be the symbol of her clan.
Ryūsei has an ample bust, one that she shows off by wearing a red top that ties around the back of her neck and has a single flap over her stomach. With this, she wears a white skirt with red hemming that is open at the sides and tends to show off her legs. She also carries a pipe, which she seems to pull out of nowhere as she has no pockets.
