"A life without Sayuri is a life not worth living!"
— The group motto.

Sayuri's Fan Boys (小百合愛好者人, Sayuri Aikōsha no Danji) is an allied force spanning the Shinobi World. Members of the coalition were once designated by their characteristic nosebleeds, but have since taken to defensive measures in order to conceal them, and can now be seen sporting tape over their nostrils instead. Ironically, though they adorn a similar fashion to Kakashi Hatake, they consider the latter their greatest enemy, due to his marriage with Sayuri, for whom they possess profound admiration. Their numbers are said to exceed the thousand mark, and despite the collective group name, is not exclusive to the male species.

History[]

"What is this miraculous tingling sensation...? Could it be the work of an angel?!"
— Shito Maruchi upon experienceing love at first sight

The group was formed during the Sōdaisaiten (盛大祭典, Grand Festival), a celebration held to honor the ten year anniversary of the Fourth Shinobi World War, by Shito Maruchi, when the latter caught a glimpse of the "blossomed" seventeen year old Sayuri sporting a very tight fitted kimono. Coincidentally, this event also marked the debut of Sayuri's new Kinuri (金瓜, Golden Melons), and ultimately led to her moniker as Sannoto's Busty Daughter (懐女千手サンノト, Sannoto no Futokorogujo), which served as an explanation to the several shinobi questioning her identity.

Inspired by the voluptuous kunoichi's sensually alluring physical appearance, Shito retired as a ninja and devoted his life to venturing the world, in order to spread his message. Slowly over time, as Sayuri herself emerged as a powerful combatant, Shito gained followers, and became the founder of Sayuri's Fan Boys, as well as its very first patron. When the group turned to taking photos of Sayuri as a means of worship — garnering the stealth skills they learned as ninja so as to not be discovered by the fair maiden herself — they found greater success in their lives by distributing the images than they did during their careers as shinobi. With a surplus income, the group founded their very first headquarters along the borders of Kumogakure.

Ultimately, the popularity of the images went viral, which led to the prestige of Sayuri's Fan Boys. However, due to the nature of their work, they were labeled as missing-nin for defecting from their own villages. Further tragedy struck when Shito suffered a vicious nosebleed upon seeing Sayuri in person. Despite their greatest of efforts, members of the group were unable to rescue Shito, and he died some few days later, leaving the team without a leader. Facing a time of desperation, the original fan boys disbanded so as to escape the harm of the many shinobi after them. This series of transpired events would eventually come to be known as the Calling of Sayuri (お召し小百合, Sayuri no Omeshi), and be further heralded as a very necessary occurrence within the group's history, as it allowed for them to expand their influence on a global level. A statue of Shito was fashioned in Kumo to honor his death.

Within the current era, many smaller divisions of the original group have surfaced, holding bases in each of the major shinobi villages. Leaders of each division meet in secret to hold meetings once every month. There, they discuss Sayuri's latest behaviors in great detail, and debate on what further actions they must take in order to achieve global domination.

Strength[]

Being comprised of missing-nin, the group is not highly coveted for just any absurd reason. Though they appear jocular in morale, many members of the group are actually more than capable of holding their own in battle against even A-Rank shinobi. They hold intense training regimes daily, as to their belief, Sayuri enjoys "strong men" overall all else.

Trivia[]

Sayurifanboys

The mark of a Fan Boy.

  • Members of the group encompass a mark somewhere along their body to harbor their love of Sayuri to the utmost degree. This mark appears very commonly in the Bingo Book and is characterized by three red circles, believed to symbolize the three tomoe of Sayuri's sharingan.
    • However, in truth, known only to the inner circle of the group, the first circle is meant to portray Sayuri's head, while the lower two are her balloons.
  • Sayuri's Fan Boys are amongst the largest of reasons Sayuri now defers to a child form.
