Also known as Jizō no Jutsu (ジゾノジュツ, Earth Matrix Technique), is a technique that was developed by Rikudo Sage to control the immense power of the original Ten-Tailed Beast. The jutsu personifies a beasts' power by calling on a mask, similar to the ones worn by the covert ops of most nations.
As explained by the Sixth Mizukage, the previous generation of Jinchuriki used a beast's chakra tails until they could control the full transformation of the beast itself. However, the Sage knew that this was both physically taxing and dangerous to preform as it shortened the host's life span. So he invented the technique, or more accurately, stumbled upon it. The technique has several advantages and disadvantages. While it summons the power of the beast, only hosts with great control or relationship with their beast can use the major bulk of power. Young and inexperienced hosts can call on the power of their beast, but cannot use the majority of it's power. But the bodily damage done is gone since reliance on the tails of a beast will be gone.
Usage[]
The Jinchuriki remain in complete control while wearing their masks (unlike a jinchuriki's normal, unstable, tailed transformations). According to the Sixth Mizukage, the fusion of the two chakras allows these ninja to reach power levels far surpassing that of either a regular shinobi.
The hosts use their Tailed Beast's powers to augment their existing ninja abilities and techniques, granting them massive increases in speed, stamina, and strength.
The only known side effect in donning their masks using this technique is the experience of the ninja in question, which varies from user to user. Fortunately, there is a remedy to this problem: Training (but to what extent is currently unknown); Most of the jinchuriki that use this move appear to have a limit to the amount of power they can access from their beast, most experienced users can use a lot of power, while inexperienced users can, while getting major argumentation, not drawn on as much chakra. Every time their masks are used, the jinchuriki's voices echo as a consequence of both their normal voice and their beast's voice speaking simultaneously.

- This move was highly based on the Shinto priest, Jizō. It was also slightly based on Hollow masks from Bleach.
- Though not stated, a Tailed Beast can reject their host at anytime, use of the mask.
