A concept created by Toyotama-hime, and passed through her immediate family. Secret Shikotsumyaku Method: A Dialectic View of the World is more of a concept than a jutsu. It follows a teaching that everything lives in two. Good/Evil, Fire/Water, Up/Down, Left/Right and so on and so forth. Toyotama-hime realized that her bloodline limit worked in a similar fashion through Osteoblast and Osteoclast, creation and destruction. Usually, Kaguya's subconsciously regulated both aspects; allowing for devastating bone creations, and a method for ridding of them when they no longer had use. But Toyotama saw a greater opportunity. If she could separate both aspects, and utilize each as a weapon, her mastery over Shikotsumyaku and her overall bone creations would surpass even that of her first ancestor. She started with Osteoblast. Creating skeletal structures of exuberant proportions. And of even high level of strength. Being a Kaguya, doing such a thing proved to be nothing more than a trivial task. However, it was the second step which she spent most time studying.
The user can send their chakra infused Osteoclast or osteoblast cells into a persons body for numerous purposes. Some, like Lord Muzai, choose to use it's creation method to slaughter an enemy from within, while others like his grandmother could resorb an enemies bone through a simple touch. Although Muzai can also resorb bone, his pale in comparison to Toyo's.
