The Seigan is a dōjutsu exclusive to the Haru Clan. It is present at birth just like the Byakugan but it can see the pressure points, unlike the Byakugan which can see the Chakra Pathway System and tenketsu. Also unlike the Byakugan, the Seigan has a second stage known as the Unmei Seigan, only obtainable through failing to save a loved one from death. The first stage of the Seigan allows the use of the Point Palm and incomplete healing, able to regenerate lost digits or small holes. The second stage awakens the ability of precognition as far as three days into the future and complete healing, enough to regenerate lost limbs. Users of the Seigan completely ignore the Hayflick limit as they can repair telomeres in their own body or other people using Spring Release.
