The Seijō Clan (清浄機, Seijō-ki) is a clan that rivals the Otsutsuki clan. It is a clan originating from the same world as the Ōtsutsuki clan, having arrived at the Earth about a few thousands of years after the Otsutsuki Clan came to earth. Several members of this clan have heavily influenced the Otsutsuki Clan often seeking to kill them whenever they had a chance. Nothing is known of where they come from but some speculate that they come from inside the moon. They specialize in Dark Justus.
History[]
The Seijō Clan originated from the Otsutsuki clan. Long before traveling to earth the Ōtsutsuki clan was made of two different races which can be told apart from their complexion. The red tone skin was called the Hanbun (One half). *TBC*
Ability[]
As one of the original people who have received chakra, the strength of it as extremely strong and in massive quantities compared to most shinobi. The Kekkei Genkai, most importantly the three great Dōjutsu originated in this clan with the Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan being wielded by members of the clan. Most of the members are born with the Byakugan.
As they stole plans of the puppets, they also showed have advanced knowledge in mechanical engineering, as they were capable to create various types of puppets and know how to control them for the first time trying. Interestingly, instead of chakra threads, they directly control their puppets using their unique chakra. Their puppets also work independently in various tasks, making their puppet abilities somehow equivalent to real-life robots.
