This technique is a last resort jutsu created by Lady Y after mastering the strength of a hundred seals, by simply channeling all the stored up energy and chakra in her body she would release a burst of powerful fists combined with the speed and stamina she possess enabled her to attack her opponent in lightning speed that almost rivals Lightning Release Chakra Mode.
