"Tsk, Troublesome" Shinzō Aburame (油女しんぞう, Aburame Shinzō) is a shinobi native to Konohagakure (木ノ葉隠れの里, Konohagakure no Sato, Literally meaning "Village Hidden by Tree Leaves"), which resides in the illustrious Land of Fire (火の国, Hi no Kuni). He is acknowledged as a member of one of the noble clans in Konoha, the Aburame clan (油女一族, Aburame Ichizoku). He was born to pure bloodline parents as he had a strong lineage to the Aburame clan. Subsequent to his birth, he was taught the clan's secret techniques such as Parasitic Destruction Insect Technique, which is acclaimed as the core of the Aburame clan's techniques and a signature for their relationship with insects. He was taught the aforementioned art when he was merely four years old. Since his childhood, he developed a special bond with insects and bugs. He believed that he could raise his clan's name through his proficiency in battle.
As he matured, Shinzō became loyal to Konohagakure, devoted for its requirements and a guardian to establish protection in the village. He considered himself to be one of the stronger shinobi in the village, yet he knew that his strength relied in his insects. If he was to lose them, he would become an average Jōnin, rather than the elite he was acclaimed to be. As he developed his fighting style and battle methods, he started altering the shape and abilities of his bugs. It was some sort of mutation to provide them special powers that would assist him in battle. These mutations were a success. They resulted into breeding the insects and making a genuine breed of insects.
Shinzō became a well-known Jōnin elite. He was placed in the sensory squad as there was circulation amongst the Jōnin regarding his sensory perception. Most would say he's the best sensor and tracker Konoha has as he used his bugs to track objects and find criminals through scent, chakra signature and even sound. These qualities made him stand out amongst other sensors as the leader of the Sensory Squad. Even his personality was considered to be uncommon between his men. He seemed much more enthusiastic than others of his clan who mostly appeared to be gloomy and mysterious. These was no suspicion that Shinzō was a one-in-a-century type of shinobi. He was additionally distinguished as one of Konoha's best strategists. A Jōnin elite, one of the endowed young shinobi unquestionably.
He was praised for possessing such prowess in but twenty-one years of experience, which isn't high in comparison to his peers. A high tier shinobi, talented he was. Shinzō's goal was birthed from his loyalty to his clan. His goal was to create the ultimate breed of insects only to be utilized by his clan in battle in order to raise their name as one of the strongest clan's, a noble goal indeed. Coming from a man who devoted his life for his clan and village, despite his odd personality, he cherishes his clan, village and comrades. These qualities were one of the reasons for his raise in power.

Shinzō is an overall bizarre shinobi, in his fighting style, his personality even his appearance. Shinzō strayed away from the common Aburame clan appearance. The Aburame clan were known to prefer the "gloomy" approach when it came to their appearance, rather dull. They were noted to wear "turned off" colors such as grey and brown. Having somewhat of a spiky hair, which was common amongst them. Wearing black sunglasses and jackets with turtlenecks that often obscured their facial features. Shinzō described that to be trite, mundane and lifeless. He wanted to stand out in comparison to other members of his clan. He wanted to become the center of attention and escape the boring mode that his clan members conjured through their tedious appearance and their stuffy personality that often set others off.
Shinzō established a unique look when it came to his clothing and attire. Instead of wearing turned off colors that appear as boring an dull. He decided to wear black colored attire, now when not coming off as the most exciting of colors, he believed that it looked splendid on him and that it had a different feel than the other colors of the Aburame clan's outfits. He mainly wore a black jacket with a long turtleneck, yet he changed the color sometimes to red, more so the crimson color that was very similar to drenched blood. Underneath the jacket, he wore a simple black shirt, nothing special, he didn't care too significantly for the clothes he wore underneath his jacket as they were rarely ever seen.
On the back of his jacket lied a large crest of the Aburame clan, which signified an insect. It was a signature of his loyalty to his clan and his adoration of insects. He wore a silver necklace around his neck with Konoha's crest attached to it. Of course, the necklace served as a reminder of his adherence to his home village. While not apparent to others as it was often hidden by his turtleneck; the necklace was very valuable for Shinzō, it showed his devotion for Konoha and his undying will of fire. Not to mention that it was the gift of his father to him in his deathbed. A signifier that the will of fire was given to his son after him to carry it to the next generation of insect users.
Accompanying his upper body clothes, he wore black skinny jeans. He joked about them many times as he said he would rather stay stylish for the ladies, sarcastic he truly is. His jeans never confined him in battle nor did they ever get in his way to move freely. He wore black sandals, occasionally wearing shoes. However, he preferred sandals as they were the common choice for shinobi. He was very proud of his heritage and he gladly showed it in both his appearance and his conversations with others. That's the main reason why he carried his clan's symbol on the back of his jacket, despite it not being a common thing to do amongst the members of the Aburame clan.
Alongside his unique attire and clothing, Shinzō had a unique physical appearance. Most wouldn't even recognize him as a member of the Aburame until he states it or until they see the crest on his back. His hair color is yelloe; odd indeed, he's blond. Most of the Aburame clan members have black or brown hair colors, except for Shinzō's grandfather, who had a golden tint to his hair. That in turn was transferred to his grandchild as a yellow hue. His hair is short and very soft, that is apparent in the way it drops on his face and how it clearly moves by the breezes. He has slight facial hair, some on his lower chin. He also has long sideburns.
He has an average sized forehead, thin eyebrows and narrow eyes. His eyes are sharp and they possesses a unique color. Some would say they have a golden color, others would disagree. However, he certainly bared a special eye color. He was deemed to be a rather tall man. His figure was notably large since his childhood. Although not overly tall. He's 185 centimeters, which is taller than average. He possesses a muscular built. Due to his excessive Taijutsu training, he was able to create muscles allover his figure. His biceps are large alongside his triceps and forearm muscles, which gives an overall intimidating look to him.
His chest muscles were large and well-toned as well as his abs. He possesses six packs abs on his stomach, very clear and visible. Overall, Shinzō possesses a unique look that made him standout in comparison to the other clan members, which was his desire to begin with.

Shinzō is recognized between his clansmen as the odd-one-out. They see him that way as he chose to be that way. It's simple. He chose to take another turn, in attitude and in appearance. The reason? unknown. He might believe that it's a way to get attention, no one truly knows anything about it. He's acclaimed and recognized in Konoha, something that was conjured through his undying will and determination. He's very loyal to his clansmen and his village, making him a shinobi of high value to his village. His loyalty didn't go unnoticed as he was given the leadership of the sensory squad due to his extreme talent in sensing and tracking capabilities. He was given honorary position in the military due to his extreme intelligence. Shinzō directed his attention to several targets. He wants to create the ultimate breed of bugs, well - "breeds". That's Shinzō's main desire. He wishes to raise his clan to the peak of the shinobi world. He gave a lot of his created breeds to other members of his clan. He values his clansmen more than anyone else. He vowed to protect them alongside Konoha.
He progressed his skills for the sake of his clan and village. Truly and invaluable shinobi. Not with his skills as there are many shinobi that are much stronger than him, but with his soul. His spirit, and most importantly; his loyalty. He was destined to have his name in the hall of fame, just like a certain Uchiha one who gave up his humanity for the sake of his village. The difference between Shinzō and Itachi is that he values his clansmen highly. He would never perform a massacre like that of the Uchiha clan as he cherishes his clansmen more than any other people. His determination and loyalty got him a special place in the hearts of the clan members. They simply admired and respected him, not for being able to destroy nations and dominate the strongest of enemies; but for his morals. His principles, despite not showing these important principles in his personality. His mannerism makes it impossible for spotting his good traits as he intentionally hides them. People who aren't close to him regard him as a selfish fool. People who are close to him describe him as the best of friends and a priceless comrade.
When Shinzō was a child, his father forged a special bond between him and the clan as well as the bugs. A bind that was easily formed as he was a naive child. The things that he was taught in his childhood are carved into his head for the longest time possible. They become principles. Things that cannot be changed or altered with ease. His father made him very attached to his clan and his village. He knew that those with weak bonds to their village can be easily persuaded to betray it. His father didn't wish that upon his child, he taught him morals and lessons about how he is never to betray his village or backstab a comrade as those who betray their own men are lower than bugs; they're even lower than dust that the bugs step on. These words were carved into Shinzō's head. They were the reason behind him trying to benefit his village and men. He simply devoted his life for the sake of his clan. He was bound to Konoha and he's ready to give his life up for his clan.
While having a special bond with his clan. One that's deemed unbreakable, he was much different than his clansmen when it came to persona and mannerism. While his clan members are recognized to be gloomy and dull, lifeless to summarize it in a single word - Shinzō is simply the contrary. Shinzō is known to possess a unique attitude. He's very talkative and very sarcastic. He cracks jokes even with his enemies. Even in the heat of the battle, he cracks a joke for the sake of sarcasm. He's apparently full of energy. Very entertaining to be around, despite sometimes mocking others for the sake of laughter. Someone who can laugh at his hardships and misfortunes. He's someone that doesn't value his own life, well to be more accurate, he predicts death every moment he lives. he believes that "death" is a portion of being a shinobi. Every shinobi will die one day, if it's on the battlefield, or simply in his home. Shinzō noted that he doesn't want to spend a moment in sorrow as he might not be alive and breathing in the course of a few hours. That's why he even smiles in the face of his foes.
Now while Shinzō is a cheerful person, it by no means mean that he's a "nice" fellow. Many times he would use vulgar language to describe his mentality. When he's angered. When he's even unnerved or when he's cracking jokes, it seems to be a segment of his style of speaking. He uses words such as "fuck" and "damn" alongside other words to stress his intentions or meanings. He even does it for intimidation and unnerving his opponents. Shinzō isn't generally nice to anyone. He would often mock others for the sake of having a laugh or making them made. He's very good at unnerving others. That's a trait of his. He can make even the most composed shinobi lose his nerves in instants with his language and style of talking. He even walks in a way that seems very arrogant. He speaks with disdain and he often tends to describe himself as the best. His style of talking involves using direct wording and vocabulary, while he might go into a more complex way of speaking when he's in an official meeting or when he's writing reports of his missions.
Shinzō is generally a chill person. He's never angered and he's seen relaxing in open fields or behind trees when he's communicating with his insects in peace. He tends to give others shallow names based in their appearance or personality. For instance, he once called a peer of his "Red Head" simply because of his orange tinted hair color. One of his most notable traits is that he knows when to retreat and when to keep going even if it means death. He never goes into a life-threatening situation without having a good reason for it. He can escape the battlefield if he sees that his death would be in vain. However, if he's fighting for someone or something that he loves, he's prepared to fight to the death. Most of his notable quotes is "I swear on the pride of the Aburame clan." he mostly uses it to describe how important a certain objective is to him. Let it be threatening an enemy with death, or simply ensuring someone that he has devoted himself for a certain cause by putting the pride of his clan on the line - the thing he cherishes deeply.
In his speaking, he will mostly use metaphors in order to emphasis his meanings and potential intentions. He simply does it for the sake of assurance or for emphasis. It grew with him to become a habit of his. He usually can fit the said habit into any situation. He usually starts or ends his sentences with "Tsk" a slight sound he makes mostly for declaring his irritation with a certain subject or a person. Shinzō cares less for positions of power. He doesn't show respect for someone merely because they bare a political or social prestige. He could care less about those. He cares for what lies inside the most simple of objects. That spawned from his relationship with bugs. How come things so small can be so powerful, he always thought.
In conclusion, Shinzō is a sarcastic rude guy. Who cares for nothing more than the protection of his village and comrades. His goal is to make the Aburame one of the most known clans in the shinobi world. he wants them to claim a reputation similar to the Uchiha or Senju. A feared clan amongst the strongest of villages.
Abilities[]
Shinzō is one of the best shinobi that Konoha had. Despite possessing undying loyalty to Konoha, he was gifted in combat. He has the ability to annihilate even the strongest of foes, without even having to move from his position. Due to mastering his craft, which is his clan's secret techniques and summonings, he became reliant upon his insects to do the required task. He himself as a shinobi isn't strong. If he was stripped of his insects, he becomes an ordinary Chūnin. Nonetheless, Shinzō learned to work in conjunction with his bugs. He trained several skills of his own in order to work best with his bugs. He mostly uses nature transformation for defensive reasons as his bugs do the job. However, Shinzō isn't an ordinary bug user. He doesn't store all of his bugs in his body. He simply uses Generic Sealing Technique in order to seal his bugs and free them to aid him in battle.
Shinzō breeds bugs in order to suit his fighting style. He has many bug breeds. He modifies their bodies in order to become an unstoppable threat for his opponents. He then breeds them to make thousands of these bugs to call on them in times of need. He stores some bugs in his body, these would be the bugs he's breeding as they lay eggs inside his body that would feed on his chakra until they hatch. He has to supply his bugs with a decent amount of chakra regularly in order to keep them alive. Even when they are sealed. He was also trained in Taijutsu where he fuses the art of martial arts with his bug techniques in order to nullify his opponents. His physique is very good as he underwent excessive Taijutsu training in order to reach that level.
It's noted that he's very intelligent as he has highly keen intellect, which was shown in many of his battles. He possesses a very high IQ making him a genius. He's ability to analyze the battlefield and coming up with a counter is flawless. He can analyze the situation with great speed as well as comprehend the power of his opponent to prepare him to forge a counter as his fighting style revolves around nullifying his opponents and turning their strengths to weaknesses. He creates and breeds bugs for this cause only. To be able to nullify any opponent. He made breeds of bugs that can survive even the most disastrous of attacks and kill the strongest of enemies.
He's been noted as one of the best poison users in history. Creating one of the scariest venoms the world has ever seen. Poisons that can take down the strongest of enemies. They are used by him and his bugs as he can create them using his chakra. He gave most of his bugs immunity to these poisons as well as supplying them with something that he calls the Venom Sack (毒液袋, Dokuekifukuro), which is stored inside the bodies of his bugs. These sacks carry all kinds of poisons, which are to be used by the bugs during battle. He created all forms and types of poisons. Almost each bug of his carry at least one of these poisons. Some carry two kinds or more as they would have multiple Dokuekifukuro placed inside them. Shinzō uses many insects with a diversity in size. These qualities made him one of the most lethal Aburame clan members in history.

Shinzō is a strong warrior, one that can kill his opponents with rather ease. However, that is due to his supreme intellect. He wouldn't have managed to alter his bugs and breed them creating different breeds of ultimate bugs. Shinzō bares the IQ of 255, which is considered more than plenty as it provided him with a special mindset. That of a genius. He's simply brilliant as it was apparent since his childhood. He was no ordinary child. His ability to analyze his surroundings and his opponents abilities was birthed from his intellect. Shinzō is classified as a strategist amongst his teammates and clansmen as he is able to create effective strategies almost instantly. It was seen in him as a child as he was able to solve difficult and complicated puzzles with ease and he seemed to have the understanding of a grown-up even during his childhood, despite his child-like attitude as he does it to have fun or entertain himself.
He's also very deceptive. He can trick his opponent into thinking something that isn't true. He persuaded his foes many times that he wasn't as tough as he looked and that he's a weakling, only to leave them in awe when he crushes them later on in the battle. He also showed extraordinary learning capabilities as he was able to master his clan's techniques in the matter of a few months despite his young age. He learned from each and every experiment he performed on his bugs as he managed to develop many breeds of strong capable insects that performed many tasks.
Not to mention, he possesses a very strong memory as he needed it in many of his battle, while not having a photographic memory, his memory is deemed to be very strong as he's able to recognize faces and remember them later on after seeing them for a few seconds, something that might prove to be difficult for others. His memory does only limit to his sight. He can remember things he tasted, smelled, heard, or even sensed. Which is one of the main reasons why he became the leader of the sensory squad. Shinzō doesn't forget any chakra signature that he ever sensed, making him very suitable for tracking and many other tasks that require finding a certain criminal or a lost comrade. He can detect the chakra signature of any person and track them with only having a small portion of their chakra. He mostly uses the aid of his bugs, yet he's capable of doing it himself without requiring assistance.
Shinzō is considered to be one of the best at manipulating others. He can simply unnerve his opponents with mere words and make them doubt themselves in battle. He can deceive them and simply manipulate their thinking patterns with merely talking to them. Planting fear in their hearts or making them relax as they wouldn't feel the presence of any threat. He studied all kinds and breeds of insects creating the perfect breed for a certain task or mission. He can memorize the properties and weaknesses of each and every breed he ever encountered as well as determining attributes and origins of an insect with only looking at it. He's a well-rounded bug expert. Someone who can defeat their opponent with their mind rather than muscles. He was seen many times deceiving his opponents by hiding and making them thing that he was present in a certain place while he wasn't.
These attributes make Shinzō a near perfect shinobi when it comes to tactical planning and strategies. He's simply a genius. His intellect didn't go unnoticed in the village as he was often requested in missions to prepare a plan or a plot that the participants in the missions were suppose to follow in order to get the highest rate of success in the mission. He was noticed as one of the brilliant minds in Konoha as he was treated to be so by the Hokage and his subordinates.
Physical Prowess[]
As for his physical ability, they are nothing less than marvelous. Shinzō was born with naturally strong physique while it didn't appear on him. He was skinny. One would think he would have absolutely no physical strength. However, it's just the opposite. He proved to be able to overcome many of his classmates when it came to shear physical might. Even though he didn't undergo any physical or Taijutsu training back then. He was naturally very fast and light on his toes. Easily overwhelming his opponents with his speed. That was shown many times during his time at the academy and it was noted by many of his mentors and superiors. He was gifted physically. While it was nothing in comparison to the physical might of the Senju, which they inherit through their bloodline as all of them carry unyielding life force accompanied with great physical strength. While not living up to the reputation of the Senju, his strength was enough to make him standout from the rest. Especially when no one expected it as his size was very miniature and skinny.
Growing up, Shinzō underwent excessive Taijutsu training. Something that most shinobi have to do. Shinobi do not limit themselves to one fighting style. If they do, they are bound to fail someday. Even Taijutsu legends have experience with Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. One must be familiar with the three branches in order to succeed as a shinobi. Nonetheless, he went through extravagant Taijutsu training. Learning the Strong Fist as he adapted to the style and method of fighting. He trained on punches and kicks as well as counters and evasion methods. He mastered his craft while not reaching the level of someone like Might Guy or Rock Lee who devoted their life to the art of Taijutsu, he managed to reach a decent level in hand-to-hand combat. Something that'll surely separate him from the rest. He became excellent at Taijutsu. As for his physical abilities, they were simply superb.
In order to become a good Taijutsu user, one had to hone his physical abilities and train his body to endure the toughest of circumstances in order to deliver devastating blows to the opponent. This is extremely crucial when it comes to the art of the Strong Fist, where one relies on direct punches and kicks. For one to reach that, he had to have an extraordinary physical built. Shinzō made sure he builds his body for that reason. While his clan isn't known for their use of Taijutsu, Torune managed to implement his insects as Taijutsu weapons. Making him highly lethal and a dangerous ANBU to tangle with. One of the main reasons Danzo Shimura chose him to be one of his guards. Torune was a unique shinobi indeed. Shinzō wanted to emulate Torune's style, yet he wanted to add to it. To create a Taijutsu style that makes use of insects as weapons and as a support to the user.
He endured arduous physical training. Consisting of many push-ups and sit-ups in order to build his physique to the point where he can match even the strongest of Taijutsu user or even stand a chance against them in an all out Taijutsu battle. Over the years, his muscles grew and developed to a very high level of strength and durability. He became able to survive in deadly climax as he had to train under the scorching sun for years. Enduring the heat of 48 degree celsius while performing unbelievably difficult physical labors, developing his body and preparing it for the worst scenario he could face in battles. He could life up to eighty kilogram dumbbells. That is considered close to the peak of the human body under normal circumstances. While a clan like the Senju could reach such a level and go on beyond it, Shinzō's physical limitations stopped him. He also didn't want to grow his muscles to the point where they would increase his weight greatly as he wanted to be able to move freely.
His arm muscles became very strong, capable of delivering very fast punches, almost at the rate of Might Guy. His leg muscles were very strong as well as they could move with very fast speed, carrying Shinzō at great speed. Shinzō is considered one of the fastest shinobi in Konoha when it comes to shear speed. However, he manages to enhance that speed thorough Body Flicker Technique where he would reach a speed so great that he leaves an afterimage behind him. A speed great enough to match Might Guy with his third gate open. This caused him to carry a great influence on the battlefield as he would often dictate the speed of the battle as well as overwhelm his opponents with his great speed. He rarely tires out in battle as his body is prepared for battling in the hardest of circumstances.
While wanting to enhance his physical abilities beyond his limitations, without having to put on extra muscle weight, Shinzō decided that he would utilize the element of Yang in order to enhance his physical strength even beyond what it reached. He started meditating while flowing Yang energy through his vessels, muscles, and organs. Overtime, his body naturally became much more vitalized, carrying much more strength, which in turn enhanced his speed even more considering that his leg muscles were developed just like the other muscles of his body. He managed to double the strength of his body muscles as Yang carried the properties of vitalization, energizing, and spurring the functional activity of the organs.
While carrying great physical strength, his physical ability didn't limit to his speed or shear strength of his muscles. He was very agile. Meaning that he could do multiple flips and perform many activities while bending his back with no apparent injuries to his spine. He can change his direction even while moving at maximum velocity by shifting the momentum of his body, of course maintaining his balance to launch in a different direction. He is able to perform many back an front flips while maintaining balance throughout the process. This displays his abilities to balance his body even at the peak of his speed, giving him another advantage over his opponents.
As for how he uses his physical abilities in conjunction with his insects, he simply uses Torune's style. Where he coats his body with nano-sized poisonous insects. Anyone who touches him is infected by these insects. However, Shinzō managed to add his magic touch on Torune's style. He managed to alter the biological structure of the insects, even at nano size. These insects can produce poisonous gas that can consume the area in seconds. If the opponent was to touch that gas or breathes them, it could ensure their death within minutes, of course after suffering the symptoms of the gas. He manages to uses this in many ways as he could alter the poison or the type of nano-sized insects. This is used with his tactical abilities and strategic methods in order to make sure that the opponents are nullified. He would use a paralysis poison when he wants his targets alive. This made him the perfect tracker as he is almost destined to succeed in his missions.

Alongside his great tactical and strategic skills, Shinzō bares admirable analysis skills. This is one of the most notable traits about him as it proves to be crucial for him during battle. It gives him the edge over his foes as he's able to fully analyze their abilities and draw them out in order to create a counter or nullify them completely. He could analyze the battlefield and the environment to use it to his advantage. He studies the surroundings in order to know which insects to use and the appropriate tactics for the situation. The environment form a great part of Shinzō's fighting style. His bugs are designed in order to survive under an condition and to adapt to the environment around them. He can fight in deserts, dry lands, even in the middle of an ocean. Shinzō uses his bugs to break the limitations of the environment, this allows him to deny his opponent the advantage of the environment.
Shinzō can force his opponent to bring out some of their fighting style, accordingly he analyzes it and finds a way to counter his opponent. By only seeing his foes assaults, he can determine what type of fighters they are. As he regards their attacks, he can figure the type of attacks that they would use and accordingly act to the intel he got to stop the enemy. He noted that the most tricky shinobi are lightning users, well; for him at least. He found it hard to decipher their skill-set as he is an earth release user. Lightning is his weakness, he tried to build his bugs in order to stop lightning attacks. However, it wasn't an easy task. Bugs are naturally not built for lightning attacks. However, for the sake of defeating lightning users, he changed the biological structure of some of his bugs in order to cope with lightning attacks.
His analysis skills were one of the fundamental reasons for his diversity in bug breeds. he was able to analyze the power of his opponents, eventually making counters for every possible attack or fighting method. By merely deciphering the opponents skills and attributes. Additionally, he can analyze his opponent's fighting style in seconds. Mere seconds, and come up with a counter as soon as possible. Nonetheless, his analysis made him into a much stronger shinobi and a lethal strategist.
Chakra[]
Chakra is one of the main and crucial portions of a shinobi's skill-set. It is safe to say that it's considered the building unit for the shinobi's skills. Chakra is consisted of Physical Energy, Yang - mixed with Spiritual Energy, Yin. It is considered the life force element to a shinobi. Shinzō possesses an enormous reserve of chakra, that is due to his requirement to feed his insects in order to keep them alive. He's considered to bare tremendous chakra reserves, enough to overwhelm and defeat any of his clansmen. His chakra reserves are basically enormous. However, he's mostly dragged down to above average reserves of chakra when he proceeds to feed his insects. He has a gargantuan amount of insects, sealed with his Generic Sealing Technique in order to contain such a great amount of insects. Consequently, they need a huge supply of chakra in order to feed them. They don't only live off Shinzō's chakra, they feed off of the chakra of his enemies. As his chakra alone wouldn't be enough to supply them.
Shinzō found himself pulled to a slightly above average chakra reserve. He needed to make up for this weakness, not to mention that his chakra control and chakra potency weren't of great significance. He developed and refined his chakra control, reaching a level of great proficiency in chakra control as he's able to use Ninjutsu consistently for hours, while not tiring. Most would mistake him to be a Jinchūriki, or to possess a certain seal that allows him to tap into excessive amounts of chakra, while in reality, his chakra control is the secret behind his consistency during battles. He's capable of using multiple earth technique without breaking the slightest sweat even when utilizing his insects. While his chakra reserves are not large when he uses it to feed his insects, his chakra control made up for it, granting him a tremendous supply of chakra even when feeding his insects.
He underwent excessive training that included tree climbing, water walking and many more methods to refine his chakra control. Eventually he was able to execute many Ninjutsu techniques without breaking a single sweat. However, to him that wasn't sufficient. He modified his insects to consume as less chakra as they can in order to survive, while keeping in mind that it doesn't limit them from consuming a great amount of chakra from his opponents. It just means that they need much less chakra in order to survive. His bugs adapted to it. It improved their performance in battle as they would be extremely hungry for chakra and would savagely attack the opponent. Nonetheless, they did what they were told. They didn't stray off of natural instinct in order to calm their hunger.
As for his chakra potency, it is one of the finest. While not possessing enormous chakra potency, Shinzō has a decent strength to his chakra. Mostly because he worked to improve it. Chakra is composed of Yin and Yang. Yang being the life force, which is Taijutsu related as it can enhance the physical limitations of a shinobi. He developed this by undergoing intense Taijutsu training. He managed to hone his physical energy as he enhanced and augmented his Yang. As for Yin, his spiritual energy, he managed to augment its strength through experience. He basically enhanced it through his knowledge and intelligence. He reached a level where his chakra potency is near Kage level, yet it did not quite reach it. His chakra potency made executing any chakra-affiliated technique much easier, in turn decreasing the amount of chakra needed to perform several tasks. This caused him to be able to fight for extended periods of time and it made his chakra satisfying for his insects. Meaning that they needed a small amount of chakra in order to survive.
This caused his to save up his chakra reserves allowing him to tap into his tremendous chakra reserves once more without being limited by his insects' need for chakra. In fact, he could fight for even longer periods than before considering that his chakra potency increased colossally.
Nature Transformation[]
Being one of his secondary fighting methods, Shinzō didn't delve throughly in the art of nature transformation. Nonetheless, he's considered a decent earth release user. He seems to bear earth release affinity, which he used as a defensive method rather than attacking. It was perfect for him considering that he needs a defensive style as his bugs form a weak shield and most attacks directed at them would most likely lead to their death. That lead Shinzō to learning defensive earth release jutsu in hope of stalling his opponents or protect himself from lethal attacks directed at him. He managed to develop and refine his skill in the use of earth release. He's considered learning earth release technique. However, he decided against it believing that he can handle himself with the few he has, accompanied with his bugs.
He can use his chakra to enhance his earth release techniques. He uses few earth release techniques so it would be safe to say that he completely mastered all of them. As he reached a great proficiency in the utilization of Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique. He could go underground in an instant as it would seem as if he was swallowed by the earth beneath him. Other than that, he didn't show an exceptional use of earth release, he's a typical Jōnin level when it comes to nature transformation.

Posions are one of Shinzō's main weapons in combat. He utilized poisonous attacks in hope of merging them with his insects. He believed that poisons could accomplish many things. However, poisons aren't limited to only venoms that affect the organs and whatnot. They are many secretions and bacterial attacks that are created and utilized by Shinzō. He can create poisons with his chakra, yet there are poisons created inside a special species of bugs. He installed something he called the 'Venom Sack inside most of his bugs. These sacks carry certain secretions that are to be used by the insects in battle. He created poisons for almost any type of attack. There are poisons that can nullify chakra. This took a lot of time and effort in order to create. Shinzō is considered to be the most lethal poison user in history. Creating poisons even more dangerous than Sasori's. It's simply a gift he possesses.
There are many types of poisons and they take a couple of forms, they could be liquid or gaseous. Each has his own method of usage. Shinzō created a liquid and gaseous versions of almost every poison he made in order to increase the fields of usage. As his bugs can enter many parts of the terrain, they can spread their poisons easily in order to nullify the opponent completely. Shinzō is highly resistant to any type of poison no matter how lethal it is. And he's completely immune to the poisons of his bugs.
- Chakra Disruption Poison (チャクラ分裂の毒, Chakura Bunretsu no Doku): A special poison created by Shinzō for the purpose of nullifying his opponent's chakra. It is often created by his bugs during the battle in order to implant a special virus in the opponent's body. As soon as this virus enters the body, not matter how skilled the user is in chakra control, moulding chakra would be near impossible. This poison disrupts the balance of Yin and Yang inside the body rapidly making moulding chakra similar to moving a mountain. This poison was implanted in many of his bugs, even nano-sized bugs. It is his primary poison and it is often used by him in many situation. He used it once during a battle with a Genjutsu user after he was dropped under a lethal Genjutsu. The opponent was highly proficient. He managed to prevent Shinzō from breaking the Genjutsu. Shinzō used his bugs to spread this virus in the air, as soon as it made contact with the opponent, the Genjutsu was broken as they lost the power to mould chakra, so controlling the chakra flow in one's mind would prove to be an impossible task. While it's a chakra moulding nullifier, it doesn't nullify chakra itself. If used on a chakra based attack, it would carry little effect. It is most efficient against shinobi. Most of his bugs can "spray" this poison at the opponent. Other bugs use it in the gaseous form. It possesses a magical white glow to it making it seem like steam when used in gaseous form.
