Shiori is a retired ninja of Konohagakure, having become a house-wife, though she is a member of the Allied Mothers Force.
Background[]
Shiori encouraged Nana to use her Byakugan and become better at it, being the exact opposite of her husband. She becomes the sole caretaker of Nana after her husband's death in Part ll.
Personality[]
Shiori smiles at Nana
Shiori is a caring, independent woman with a generous heart. She is always there for Nana and is often seen giving her advice. She also cares deeply for her husband, but dislikes his behavior towards Nana as well. Nevertheless, she was deeply affected by his death in Part ll and grieved for some time.
Appearance[]
Shiori is a woman with long brown hair tied in a loose ponytail, and matching brown eyes, with her bangs parted. She is always seen wearing an apron over a light purple dress, similar to one worn by Kushina Uzumaki.

Chūnin Exam Arc[]
Shiori was first shown in this arc, reassuring Nana that she could win. She was later seen at the finals and fell under the genjutsu spell. Might Guy expresses extra care in protecting her.
Part ll[]
Fourth Shinobi World War Arc[]
Shiori sees Nana off to war
Shiori was first shown in Shippūden in this arc, seeing Nana off to the war and later receiving the news her husband had died. She attended his funeral.
She was later seen with the rest of the Allied Mothers Force, defending Konohagakure from the Sumo Wrestlers. She was then seen speaking with Yoshino Nara about Nana in which she said Nana was "amazing" and brave, despite what she had gone through with her father.
