Shiryo Ouji (王事思慮, Ouji Shiryo) is the only child of Chinchaku and Ryōga. The historian of the legislative Taishō Council, it became clear that she would follow in her parents footsteps from a young age. Most suitably, her inherited dōjutsu would aid her in fulfilling that role, as by peering into the past she could collect valuable stores of information that are later used in deliberation. A study in one's history indeed. Many of noted her level-headed demeanor and coolly calculating disposition makes her a likely candidate to succeed Kodai. It helps that her father was a previous leader of the senate; to be precise he was the immediate predecessor of Kodai before the former met his untimely demise. Nevertheless, Shiryo has her sights set on that highest chair. Hoping that it could one day lead to the most prominent position in the land.

As the the leader of her nation, Mimoto has shown to be a prideful, cunning, and deceptive leader. She is not above boasting and flaunting her nation's growing strength, though she knows that overconfidence and hubris have been show to be the death of great empires. As a child, she was close friends with fellow Taisho-nin Kijo, whom her family had adopted off of the streets after they saw her potential. If anything, Kijo says that only around her does Mimoto let her "Daimyo" act drop. This means going out to parties, acting silly, and generally having a good time. While confident in her abilities, Mimoto is willing to acknowledge when her skills do not match the job at hand, or when her skills are lacking. She usually will resolve those shortcomings by cracking open a book and adding to her knowledge, a favorite pastime of hers. However, she does have a crueler side to her personality, as such when she decided to devise a fuinjutsu technique that would allow her to be able "save her soul" by sacrificing her bodyguard's body should her own be destroyed. She has also shown to be able to further this cruel demeanor into sadistic tendencies. One example is when she trapped an opponent in time, just for the sake of watching them physically age and fall into madness as all the information overloaded their brain. Despite this sadistic demeanor, Mimoto has shown to be loyal to her nation and her people to a fault, and is willing to protect them with all the ability she has.
